horrible place to visit, unclean bathrooms , soiled bedsheets and pillow covers . staff was good assisted us even at midnight but the hotel is very bad and had a horrible experience at the property , paid but was not even worth

They claim hotel is 4 star but the amenities they provide are not even up to the mark of 3 star. No toilet paper. No brush or paste was provided. Room and bathroom were smelling badly as if someone has smoked recently. AC was too loud.

Most pathetic hotel in entire world. As a guest you can’t even expect a welcome drink or even mineral water from their end .forget about hygiene and peace.they even don’t let you sit there in waiting area peacefully as they never turn on Ac so that anyone can wait there comfortably.many guests were using papers and pamphlets to get rid of mosquitoes and heat in waiting area.Rooms and toilets were not clean.they don’t have even toilet paper.you will get dirtiest towels and linen on bed.

GOOD HOTEL WHICH NEEDS SLIGHT MAINTENANCE

The hotel is very well located and has nice cozy rooms, but it is lacking on the maintenance and housekeeping part. There was leakage of water from the Airconditioning system on the room floor, which was reported at the front desk. The bed linen were not changed after the last occupants stay. We could not report it earlier as we noticed it only at the time of going to bed late night. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also good and had variety, with good service.
