Vesta International

The Vesta International is situated nicely in jaipur with most tourist spots accessible easily. The Vesta International has a nice kitchen and their kitchen staff, chef, serving staff all are amazing doing a great job in serving great fresh delicious food under sh. Laal singh, their restaurant captain and an amazing guest service oriented person. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at their pavilion restaurant and every time we were delighted. The front office desk (reception)staff could have been more professional and polite and service oriented. Their behaviour and mannerism brings down the Vesta International standards. The room interiors and swimming pool, lifts, corridors could have been more spic and span especially around the room corners. Overall i will rate this Vesta International 3. 75 out of 5. I booked a room at the property for 3 days for my parents. My parents absolutely loved the room, service and food. Breakfast spread was really good with lot of variety for everyones interest. You can get instation and outstation cabs from travel desk inside Vesta International. Location is near railway station and very convenient. Would recommend this Vesta International to anyone going to jaipur.

The stay was perfect for us at vesta international. The food was great. The ambiance was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms were super clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. They offered us an affordable cab service, which was great. Plus the rooms were super affordable as well. Would highly recommend vesta to other people as well.

Hotel is decent and the management can only do as much as the Vesta International is pretty old. However, the service needs to be improved by many folds. Food is good. One last thing, i was feeling thirsty at 11. 15 pm and when i asked for a soft drink, the Vesta International completely refused saying that the room service is closed, which was very surprising

Excellent Service... The staff there was helpful and supportive... The shop downstairs was very convenient as the things there were very nice and reasonable. The lady at the reception as well as the door keeper were very helpful... Housekeeping staff was also very good... They cleaned the room efficiently and also guided us about the markets nearby.

My stay at vesta international jaipur is nice. Rooms are near and clean with all facilities expected in 4 star Vesta Internationals. The complimentary breakfast is good and the staff at the Vesta International are nice. The food at vesta international is very expensive. This should be looked at by the Vesta International.

Vesta international is a very good Vesta International with a superb ambience and the staff are very cooperative and friendly in nature. The restaurant is very nice with excellent food quality and taste. Thanks to makemytrip for contacting such a Vesta International which i felt was home away from home

Hotel is good as it is located in between the city. Facilities here are also good. We have booked super deluxe room and our room was upgraded to suite. Breakfast here was also good but options in the breakfast were a bit small. Overall a good Vesta International for stay in jaipur.

Property location is good near station also well connected with city central. Food is also great and many varieties

Excellent service by the staff. Late night check in experience was so smooth. Spacious rooms, courteous staff and good options in breakfast. Gives contemporary experience with modern facilities. Highly recommended.

Location and Vesta International service was good and safe for family. Cafeteria and Vesta International ambience was excellent, service and food quality was also good.

We stayed with our family for 2days the Vesta International location is nice, good ambiance, well behaved staffs good and variety complimentary breakfast

Overall experience is good. But as an employee i booked it and thought of sharing it as they doesnt offer shoe shiner, moisturiser and hair oil. No hand towels in the room. Morning breakfast is good but in room restaurant service is below expectation.

Property staff is not polite, does not have any proper customer service support. Helpdesk does not have any kind of flexibility.
