Via Ganga Inn Near Assi Ghat

Good hotel but entrance to the hotel was not good. Location is fine and basic amenities are good. Next to market places and ghats.

Stay at Via Ganga Inn is amazing. Rooms are cleanly maintained and facilities like AC and Hot water are available all the time.

The experience was average. The hosts are good people, but they haven't been able to provide a smooth experience. The TV in the room wasn't working, and it was only after I repeatedly asked for the connection to be restored that they did something. Didn't quite like it experience.

i visited banaras on 11 th oct 2025, this is my 2nd visit to banaras but this time this hotel has made my experience amazing. At this price this hotel is giving very good services. First of all is the cooperation i received from the hotel staff is extremely lovely. we were 2 girls and the staff is very very cooperative and we felt very safe ( vikas bhaiya even helped taking our pictures and took us to show the nearby mandir) . they even kept our luggage safe for more than 8 hours even after checkout, i have never seen a hotel staff who take your bags to drop you after checkout and even helped us booking a rickshaw for us at night( thanks to vikas bhaiya) . we went there a bit earlier and they provide us with the early check in.. we are very thankful to them . now comes to cleanliness the room was very clean the bedsheets had no spots or dirt, washroom is also very clean. the hotel is just a 5 min. walk to ghat. The hospitality is just up to the mark. there's a lot more to write but to summarize i would love to say that this hotel is giving very very good services at this price. i would love to stay again at this hotel

I Booked for Three Person but Room Size is small otherwise all okay like her services and this location is best for assi ghat

Worst experience I had ever in my life kindly do not book this hotel just looking by the photos to begin with this hotel is placed in a very tiny ‘gali’ of which they have no photos posted I booked double deluxe room which was not sufficient for 3 members. when ever we used to go out they always switched off our AC’s main line. and only when we called they used to turn it on. and they lied every-time when we asked if they did so. No housekeeping, change of bed-sheet and bathroom cleaning was done on 2nd day. Bathroom was also tiny and flush was not working properly. Overall had a worst experience so far. never going back and not even recommending anyone.

The room and services are good, and the hotel is neat, clean, and close to Assi Ghat. However, the room and bathroom are quite small. The rate per night feels a little expensive.

There was some problem with the AC of room that I had booked and they wanted us to take a smaller room but initially weren’t ready to adjust the cost, we had to argue with them for that which was unpleasant. Rest everything was fine but they could have been more hospitable and cordial.

Triple sharing room felt small to me. Prefer booking executive rooms. Assi ghat and Tulsi ghat are very close to the hotel. Hotel staff are cooperative and calm. Overall a sweet bitter experience
