Very nice and pleasant stay at vibe resort. Location is good, noiseless, whole campus is neat and clean, staff are cooperative with smiling faces always. Food is tasty.

Definitely the best resort in Munnar! Excellent location. The property owns a large area which is maintained well. Rooms are big and well maintained with all modern amenities. Swimming pool on the 5th floor is quite big and very clean. Resturant also is quite big. Good choice of menu and well served. All the staff (front office, housekeeping, F&B, other support) are very helpful and courteous. We were given a free upgrade on room to give us a good view of the hills. The room had a Jacuzzi also. The resort is going under some big expansion and once it is completed, there will not be any competition at all it seems. We will go back there for sure.

Stayed at Vibe Resort in Munnar and really loved it! The view from the balcony was amazing, food was delicious, and the room was super comfortable. Staff were friendly and their service was excellent. Definitely planning to visit again!

Location is good. Everything seems good. But unfortunately I left my newly bought Ear pods costing in my hotel room. I called the hotel back. But they denied straight forward that they have not found any. it was a huge loss for me. Management need to focus on the staffs behavior and they should have taken stringent action. But they didn't even try. I have called many times to hear that they are busy. and a sense of carelessness was there.

Ambience is very good. But, they even charge for a water bottle, which is the basic need they should provide free of cost. Rest is fine. Food is very good here. The view point is excellent.
