Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort

I travel-led to mandarmani this week with my wife 2. 5 yr old daughter, sister and sister in law. I must say that i will come back again. Let me try to share the experience here pro's - 1. Seamless check-in process practically zero waiting time 2. Neat and clean well sanitised rooms 3. Sanitize r bottles with foot pump in many places. 4. Polite well behaved staff 5. Lots of open space in terms of lawns and gardens. 6. The pool area and the adjoint bar and snacks joint was very clean and tidy ( we did not use the pool because of ongoing pandemic) 7. Rooms are very spacious with a very good balcony and sea view (use booked sea facing rooms. 8. Beach is just a minute walk 9. Very good breakfast buffet and ala carte spread cons- 1. No temperature checks 2. Dining area - no mandatory sanitization 3. Servers should have been there to serve the food in from of each food stations rather than all touching. The servicing spoons and tongs which is not advisable during pandemic. Overall - highly recommend for stay with family and friends of all age group

The Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort stay was pretty good. The only spoilsport was played by incessant rains ans winds which were there even during our journey from kolkata to mandarmani. We reached the Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort at around 5pm and were greeted pleasantly by the Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort staff. We had a lot of fun in the pool, which was mase better by drinks which were served ryt there. However, the only downside of our stay was time taken for delivery (the coffee and starters came after the main course) also, at night, due to high tide, seawater had entered Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort premises and there was about 2” of water in the reception area. Otherwise, the Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort is very good. U get a big room and the beach is only around 100 meters fro Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort main gate. Will rate 8 out of 10.

We stayed for 2 nights. And it was not the beach but the Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort we enjoyed the most. They have 2 dogs. Lily and rosy. Was amazing plying and running around the Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort lawn with them swimming pool was well maintained and balanced clorine water. So there was no burning sensation in eyes. In 2 days we jumped into the pool for 4 time food is excellent. Yam-my and not oily or rich staffs are very homely and nice over all my wife is happy. So me too

The property is excellent with some great amenities. The rooms we stayed in (royale with pool view) were extremely spacious and the pool (along with its bar) is among one of the best i have seen in the area. The lawns are large and inviting for kids to play. The service at the bar too, with its bbq offerings are brilliant. But service is a little average. Food wasn't as good, mediocre. In room service too needs a lot of improvement.

Comparatively best resort in mandarmani, staff are well behaved and food is very nice. The overall price is on higher side but the prices are well justified. The beach is around 5 minutes walk from there. The location of this resort is towards the end and is around 15-17 km from bus stand. It is close to tajpur. But, overall the stay was good and i would recommend this Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort for booking in mandarmani.

Stay in viceroy Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort was very good. They kept the holiday ambience alive in the Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort. Food was great. However, the location outside the Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort. Mandarmani beach is littered with plastics by local shops and the tourists. The already narrow road to the beach is encroached by shopkeepers. One should not expect a real beach in mandarmani.

Approaching road horrible. Hotel maintains good hygiene. House keeping was not up to mark. Food was good except tandoori roti delivered in room. Breakfast was good with satisfactory dining room. Staff behaviour polite and good. Our car was blocked due to on way parking. Staff helped us to come out of the block. Good and comfortable to stay in the Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort. Thank you

Does pet friendly Viceroy Beach & Spa Resorts mean that pets can pee and poo any where? no designated separate lawns for pets to pee and poo. Guests are allowed to take their pets to the kid play zones or in any other lawn for doing their poo poo and pee pee. This is extremely unhygienic. The management should mark an area or a separate lawn for pet defecation and urination.

It was good to stay and the staff was also very good. Hotel was clean and hygienic and the parking was also good for private cars the only thing was that it don’t have sea facing

The location was a bit away from the beach and it is one of the last resorts in mandarmani. However it has 5 star fecilities like swimming pool, kid's area, boon fire, movie projector, live counters. We stayed with 2 infants and felt very comfortable. Apart from king size bed there was one big sofa and one single bed. Bathroom was also a big one. Food quality was good.

It was a pleasant time staying at the Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort. The Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort ambience was good and the quality of the food was upto the mark.

It was better than i had expected. The food is lovely, the rooms are huge and clean. The staff is courteous and the service is good, can be better. The swimming pool area is just mesmerizing and loved spending the evening beneath one of those cabanas. Overall experience was so much better than expected.

One of my best stays in a Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort. From room, food to service. Everything was upto the mark. Loved the stay.

I have stayed there twice in consecutive years. Last year was good. Thing bother me food varieties, room amenities, toiletries. Last year even though the rooms were not upto the mark with compared to price but food and other ambience did compensate. But this time lack of breakfast varieties, average taste lunch and dinner. Lack of toiletries. Very poor.

We stayed in the sea facing room and it was an awesome experience. The service was also really good. Really recommended

The stay at viceroy was quite relaxing, the staff friendly. But there are too many flies in the dining area, and this should be improved in the future.

It was i very good experience in viceroy. The ambience was very good and homely.
