Victoria Beach Resort

The Victoria Beach Resort is very beautifully made and maintained. Lovely paintings, nice touches like a football for kids, pool and table tennis for adults, and the very well kept swimming pool for all. The rooms are large and spacious. Extra brownie points for a the large bathroom. But the service and staff need to improve a lot. There is no warmth among the staff, doesnt feel like a holiday place, their sadness or you may say lack of warmth just takes away any joy you came to holiday with. Any request was met with a tiring response. Felt like asking for a favour when asked for an extra pillow, or to clean the room, was not provided with fresh sealed bottles of water for the 2nd day of stay. There was some holi party going on by the pool which was unpleasantly loud. Although it was turned off at 10:00 PM. Overall, great property, needs better staff.

Mandarmani to me is not at all a good location and everything you do will be inside Victoria Beach Resort. Even if in the day you can roam around the beach but nights are gloomy and boring. I must say Victoria Beach resort gives you enough so that you spend least in beach. The swimming pool is the USP for this Victoria Beach Resort where you have a bar at the side of the pool letting you have drinks and snacks while floating in water. Food is awesome and service is also very good. Apart from the location I would rate 200 out of 100 for this property. I had been to Mandarmani 3 times and by far this seems the best. Oops another good news is pets are also allowed.

Travelled as a couple to Mandarmani and stayed at the Victoria Resort which is located right on the Beach. The rooms are spacious with clean toilets and balconies. Perfect for a cozy stay, the staff at the Resort is extremely courteous and always ready to help. The buffet was not that impressive but nevertheless, the food was decent and tasty. The swimming pool was in pristine condition with a bar at one end, serving liquor at an affordable rate. The property has a big lawn, a badminton court, a billiards board, a tt board, and a foosball table. The interiors have been done tastefully. Would love to stay at Victoria during the next trip to Mandarmani.

The swimming pool is the main attraction of the property. The cleanliness is acceptable, and the beach is also good primarily since there is no crowd. The food quality is about okay. Service quality is good, I have no complaint on that aspect. But the approach road is very bad. The last stretch is under construction and the entrance of the Victoria Beach Resort is via the beach: i saw cars getting stuck in the sand while entering the beach. I wouldn't call not a best way to start a holiday. This property is good for large groups when there is no need to move out or explore other places nearby.

This was my third stay at Victoria Resort. Over the time rooms and bathrooms have become little shabby due to lack of maintenance. Very spacious rooms though. Food is exceptional. But the only problem with food is they serve set buffet both for breakfast and dinner when the Victoria Beach Resort runs full house. Buffet menu is also very very average. We wanted to have chinese for dinner but they denied serving chinese main course items so we had to have only starters for dinner.

food quality and taste very good, hospitality very good, staff's behaviour so nice, pool is perfectly maintained, pool bar is beautiful and charges are reasonable..Victoria Beach Resort location is just on the sea beach..children's play area and garden are also nice. Enjoyed a lot.. highly recommend Victoria Beach Resort 🤘

The experience was outstanding. The rooms are quite spacious and parking space was ample. The most important part is the guy handling the pool Side bar is so so good with his service as well as hospitality you dont feel like coming out of the pool. I would specially thank Mr. Rintu the poolside staff to make our experience memorable. I hope the Resort authorities takes good care of you.

The Victoria Beach Resort was good with a nice pool. Staff were courteous and food was good. Easily, the best Victoria Beach Resort in the region. Rooms were big. Had a big lawn in for parties. The courtyard on the first floor was really nice overlooking the pool. Food was any day better than other Victoria Beach Resorts in Mandarmani.

Duke room are really big. Location is first class. Food is average. No refrigerators. Service average. I asked for regular water after 20 mins I got. Geyser also off.

Need more variety of food, and more trained staff.
Liked the space. Need more maintenance required in room on daily basis.

Good location, nice locality good food. Only issue is power supply and hot water are not available as per your convenient. Pool was to crowded and chlorinated. More spacious room clean toilet. Hotel is in front of beach

Food, ambience and staff were very good. Lovely place to live and extremely co-operative staff. We have enjoyed a lot and again would like to stay there and will also recommend to my friends.

Resort is good, neat and clean. Food is also good but expensive. Staff are really courteous and helpful. Though if resort had some rides and other activities for children our stay would have become more enjoyable. There is not much to do after sunset or during day time.

It was an amazing stay in this resort. Location was good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is also good. But the main attraction of this property is it's swimming pool and a bar just beside the pool. We chilled out in the pool while watching cricket in big screen. I would definitely comeback here.

Overall everything was good. Food quality was maintained absolutely awesome.
