Overall , it was a pleasant stay. My ratings: Cleanliness: 4 out of 5 Staff friendliness: 5 out of 5 Locality: 3 out of 5 Room service: 2.5 out of 5 Choice of food: 3.5 out of 5 Buffet breakfast: 3.5 out of 5 Value for money: 4 out of 5 What I liked: 1. Bed with comfortable spring mattress 2. Clean bedsheets 3. Clean bathroom What I did not like: 1. My room was not sound proof and cigarette smell from outside came inside. 2. The light in the corridor disturbed me as it was visible from the ventilation. 3. No moisturiser was provided ( Shampoo, bodywas and disposable slippers were provided)

It was a very comfortable stay. I went along with my family. Hotel was newly built with good ambience and nice cosy rooms. Staff was very humble and cooperative. We had booked along with breakfast. Food was yummy, fresh and spontaneous cooked as per order. Overall i will rate 5 star ⭐ for this Vienna - A Boutique Hotel. also not to forget few staff members who were very hostile and nice-- Bhagat singh and Om prakash. Also Ajay who was Guard at Vienna - A Boutique Hotel entry.

We had an amazing experience. We were not quite sure about the Vienna - A Boutique Hotel at first but it was worth the money. The amenities, the services, everything was upto the mark. Even thr staff was very well behaved. It is a bit far from the main city but it did not matter much because the commute was cheap. Worth every penny and more

The rooms are a bit small, so you might feel congested. Also, the ventilation wasn't good so there was a dampness in the air, but overall it was a budget friendly decent stay. The staff is good and the food was delicious.
