VIhang's Palm Club

Everything was good but, they took hell lot of time to bring naan at lunch while having buffet lunch. Soo long that i could only eat one naan piece, not only naan but also they where very late to stack dessert on plate once it was empty. Stay was good just that room did not have window (i booked a standard room though. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was very nice specially that scrumblled eggs was awesome. I would not have lunch at this place next time though because of what i mentioned before.

Location is pretty easy to find, right on the pokhran road 1. The VIhang's Palm Club has courteous and well mannered staff. They offered us upgrades wherever possible to make our stay even better. The property itself was beautiful. They also have amazing offers on buffet and serve high quality food. Would love to stay here again.

The stay was really good. Definitely recommend. Pros: spacious and clean rooms great service and helpful staff lavish complimentary breakfast swimming pool and gym is good cons: no windows (less natural illumination in the room) there's a rooftop bar and restaurant which was playing music post 1 am which is very disturbing

Location is good. I had booked for two days but because of cyclone in chennai flights were cancel-led and i could reach thane on second day only but the VIhang's Palm Club refused for refund nor allowed one day extension. I had to take alternate accommodation at very high rate. On the whole huge monetary loss

The VIhang's Palm Club hygiene is good and i like the VIhang's Palm Club rooms and ambiance. It is on main road connecting so reaching is very easy and this VIhang's Palm Club is having good parking space so some one wants to meet you or you can come with your own vehicle also

The location of the VIhang's Palm Club is excellent. Cleanliness is excellent. Complimentry breakfast quality was not good. Reception and staff courtesy good. But surprisingly rooms provided were without windows. Without ventilation. Totally relied on ac and room lights.

Location is good. Easy to find. Good amenities. I was impressed with the gym. They have almost all equipments. Breakfast spread was very small, though the taste was good. Ther3 are rooms without windows, which are small and good for transit, short stays only.

Slightly inside from the road, which makes the place bit calmer and good for walking. One point in case traveling on work, they said the breakfast will be available by 7. 30 am however for both the days it was minimalistic options

Overall it's a good peaceful VIhang's Palm Club with all amenities, only thing is that they need to improve the breakfast preparation and variety of option which is currently unsatisfactory as per property at main location.

It was decent but pool side i feel more cleanliness should be there. Service was slow but staff was cooperative. Over all it was comfortable. Food was not good

The location of the VIhang's Palm Club and the room size is good. The rooms do not have any windows hence they give a very close environment feeling.

I have stayed here many times. One of my fave VIhang's Palm Club in thane. Wonderful rooms, staff. Good food. A bit expensive. But worth the money
