From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm hospitality and friendly staff. The resort’s stunning location provided breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The accommodations were outstanding. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night’s sleep, and the amenities provided added a touch of luxury to my stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design, which blended modern comforts with a charming aesthetic.

Had a pleasant and wonderful stay at casa resort. Front desk person and all the staffs were extremely good and ready to help. We were allocated room at ground floor, but on our request they changed it to 1st floor. Thank you for that! they have open terrace with projector, where during night, they play some movies or songs. We can also have food at terrace while watching movies. Food at their restaurant were really awesome. We tried breakfast, lunch and dinner, and all were tasty. Note: better to have jio or bsnl mobile connection at araku.

Great Value for money .... The staff at this Vihar Holiday Resorts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Vihar Holiday Resorts. Everything about the Vihar Holiday Resorts was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Excellent stay 💞 and the best is staff friendly behaviour. Rooms are quite clean and spacious. Food was excellent .taste is superb awesome. Love this resort. If we visit Araku again, this is the only resort I would prefer. Hygiene, Hospitality, Ambience everything looks amazing. It’s worth of every penny. Best for couples and families Full enjoyed.Clean, Neat, Peaceful for family stay and great take carers and staff Would definitely suggest anyone to stay if they need a peaceful stay.. It is centrally located in main road near to the city. Resort staff are quite friendly and homily atmosphere. This resort quite safe. Resort kitchen foods are good. I would suggest to reduce chilly & spices for the outsider specially for bengali. Also i would suggest to improve room amenities like mini kitchen/ bar, add few snacks items, install few power points. Also i would suggest to add hair dryer, saving kit etc in bathroom. Overall all is good. Specially staffs are friendly add homily.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing, they allowed us for eary check in, which was a kind gesture as we were super early 10:00am. This was my second visit to casa, and i recommend to all the visitors, but suggest to come in of season as the price are double due to season, they say that the season is from oct to feb. So plan your trip accordingly, best stay, best food, if u are a chicken lover eat chicken rajdhani and dragon chicken, they are the best.

Amazing Stay Overall experience was awesome .Excellent and humble staff ,always ready to help ,one good plus point is ,all the site seeing places are in and around 12km range .They have in-house resturant also .one drawback is due to season the prices r very ,almost double. 🔥 Camp fire 🔥 is available in the night time on the roof top along with the big screen to watch sports and movies.

Casa resort is one of the best stay in aruku. Great ambience, food service and cozy rooms make this place special. The staff are very helpful. The location is right on the main road. Over all a great experience not to be missed!

Very well maintained rooms and overall resort by the polite staff. Food service was also good. Evening entertainment with camp fire and projector. Had a very good comfortable stay.

Good food, though the choice was quite limited, the staff was very helpful. Though small bhut well maintained properly. Would recommend it quite highly.

Casa holidays resort it's rooms and food facility is excellent. I feel homely. It's road front open tarrece dinnar. Arakuvally side seen's its good. And all staff is friendly and good behaviour.

The staff were very humble, the rooms were clean and neatly decorated. Food was excellent and all the facilities were provided. Worth the money paid.

Food was freshly made and hot. Had a pleasant stay here with a toddler. Totally recommend this place if you are visiting aruku.

Nice resort in araku valley enjoyed lot on this stay. It's so comfort and good timely service. Management need to look on quality of restaurant service

Manager rajeev is so polite and he took care of us pretty well felt like home the food is perfect and they arranged dimsa dance in the evening enjoyed it well
