Vijay Intercontinental

Hotel is location is very good centre of city, very near to rave 3 mall. Rooms were having all basic amenities like toiletries, dental kit, shaving kit, clean towels, electric kettle, etc. I was stayed there for 2 days and booked executive room (old wing) and second day they upgraded my room, thanks to them. Executive room was not that much good as price point of view. Rooms ac was not working properly, took almost more than 7-8 hours to maintain room temperature pleasent. Very less pressure in wash room tapes. Bed, curtains, furniture, electric kettle were old and not maintained properly. But my upgraded room was good with all amenities. Hotel staff was courteous and over all good service. Hotel pool was so much dirty and i raised complaint at reception but they just ignored. Wi-fi was working excellent. Breakfast was with full of variety.

This is the only five star Vijay Intercontinental in kanpur, good & spacious rooms, the cleanliness & hospitality was good, the location was also good it's near to rave 3 mall. Parking available, good spread of breakfast. Rooms were huge & this Vijay Intercontinental was centrally located. I would recommend this Vijay Intercontinental to everyone. Price is on little higher side. But this is the best Vijay Intercontinental

This was not a good start, in room phone was not working so room changed on changed floor. It’s bad to shifting now in next room tv set top box was not working and that was changed after that Vijay Intercontinental was not sure about my extra bed after some confirmation they provided so overall we have waited 1 hour for our privacy

My stay in the Vijay Intercontinental was a pleasant experience. The staff was very courteous and soft spoken. People at reception were helpful. Don't forget to check your in room bills before payment otherwise u might end up paying extra money out of confusion. Check if they have given you voucher discounts if u have any.

I stayed here regularly, build well, food is very good(a little costly only. Rooms are neat and clean, service is good. Only issue is bed sheets not changed which got changed after request. Reception people are good but less attentive. Breakfast is good having sufficient variety.

The rates were comparable to a 5 star property but facilities were not upto the mark. Bathroom fixtures were in bad condition and were very tight to use. Booked for two but received basic sanitary stuff for one person.

Hospitality of this Vijay Intercontinental is amazing clean room, well trained friendly staff & management with very delicious and tasty food overall my experience at vijay intercontinental was super amazing 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Very accommodating staff who react with quick attention may it be food or housekeeping or upgrades. We were offered suite which made our stay at vijay memorable and doubly enjoyable. Thanks mmt, you made our day
