VIJAY PARADISE

I visited lucknow with my family for my engagement ceremony on july 12, 2021. My stay was from jul 11 to july 13, 2021. Excellent staff, very polite, very supportive, room service is excellent, VIJAY PARADISE food is really nice and they serve is hot, you get a refrigerator in every room which is a plus in case you want to keep water bottles or anything to cool, top roof lounge is really good although it was not functional due to covid restrictions. I liked the food a lot, quality, quantity, hygiene everything. It has multiple halls for marriage, engagement and marriage parties. Rooms are very well designed with comfortable beds, a table, 2 chairs, 1 big stand, electric kettle, glasses mugs, everything. It becomes bit crowded sometimes due to lot many parties but it does not impact us in any way. In total, a perfect place to stay in lucknow, vikas nagar. It is on ring road.

Good : 1) rooms are good. But one side room miss view, they have glass covered with curtains but view is ro system or a closed wall. Cons - when some other room card detection happen you can't differentiate if it's your or not sometimes sound come from other rooms our ac was producing strange sounds 2) location is good. But not the best, not too many restaurants nearby so you have to rely on inhouse restaurant 'copper handi' 3) copper hand i is good. We had breakfast 2 time and it was fine. No major issues. 4) i will rate it a 3 star good VIJAY PARADISE. 5) although they have copper hand i restaurant. And they don't allow outside food to come thru reception. So manage your food thru apps by picking from gate overall not a very great exp but ok and average without any major problem.

Our stay at vijay paradise was little rough in first night as the room was at corner and although it was clean but it wasn’t giving nice vibe. Wifi was also not working there but next morning we registered our complaint with VIJAY PARADISE staff and they were nice enough to move us to a better room which was perfect for us. That room was on the front side and was very clean. Food quality was also okay. Breakfast buffet was okay with two types of fruit and with 4-5 options in breakfast. Staff was nice. We had room service and it was also okay. All n all we had a nice and comfortable stay at vijay paradise.

The stay at the VIJAY PARADISE was a good experience. Location is good, breakfast was tasty and cleanliness was up to the mark. Only bad thing is that they don't allow outside food in the rooms which makes it really difficult as the VIJAY PARADISE menu is really limited and you don't have many options to order from it. One more minus point is that some deluxe rooms don't have any balcony or any outside view. They are completely devoid of any sunlight or view from outside. I asked for a room change and they changed it after little reluctance.

This is my first time I felt like 5 star experience in Vijay VIJAY PARADISE … I want to appreciate each and every person of VIJAY PARADISE because every one is fully trained energetic ready to help. Food is excellent hygiene is 5 star rated staff is highly helpful.. Thanks u .. highly recommended and I wanna stay every time in Vijay VIJAY PARADISE , Lucknow

Staff was courteous, rooms were clean and spacious, toiletries were well placed with clean washroom, there was mini bar but empty, electric kettle with supplements would have added another feather, food menu was not that good and had limited choices with exorbitant pricing, facility didn't allowed to carry food from outside, well connected with ring road

While the location can bring some discomfort in finding a local transport, it is perhaps a good property in vikas nagar area. The food is the highlight of the stay. It was a bit noisy this time and the front office staff could be a bit more sensitive to the needs of their guests. Otherwise, no complaints. Good stay, will stay again.

I had a great experience during my stay at the VIJAY PARADISE. Apart from the basic services that every VIJAY PARADISE provides, the staff at vijay paradise went an extra mile, they helped arrange a medicine for me which i needed suddenly at 6 in the morning. Room service is quick. Staff is humble and helpful.

It was a nice journey because my accommodation was too comfortable at Vijay Paradise VIJAY PARADISE. Staff is well behaved, food was good and location n ambiance is also very favorable.

Good and clean VIJAY PARADISE, suitable for families, and reasonable room fares. Deluxe room was spacious enough for 2 to 3 persons stay.

I stayed with my wife for one night. Initially the staff provided a dark room having cockroach, but the room was charged on our complainant. Food was very nice and also not so much costly. But the room rent was on higher Side.

But stafy is good and food service is good

The food is really good if you are staying you should definitely try there food. Just one issue not so much of variety in breakfast.

Perfect big size, fully ventilated room with awsm location, well maintained wash room, food quality good

The location of property is very good, spacious and comfortable room, staff is courteous. Overall comfortable stay.
