No hot water. Even after discussion not provided solution. No response from Staff.........

Very worst experience.. very worst toilet... Food also bad.... please don't select r stay ... Waste of money

The room which was in the website was delux room but wen they gave me it was standard room wen I spoke to the front desk they told airconditioner isn't working properly in delux room, I had contacted the coustomer care but the voice wasn't audible

It was a terrible service, none of the rooms had AC, not working, we checked around 10! Rooms it was the same issue. Also, breakfast for name sake, there was no buffet system. 2 items were available, and we needed to select one. Also, while we were checking out, we asked for a bill, and they said to check with the MMT Team, they can't give.

Rooms were spacious. Washroom below average. Breakfast was charged additionally but was very bad. Only options of Idli, Wada & Dosa and that too after waiting for eternity. Dining area was shady with insufficient lighting and bad decor. Overall, not recommended.

Location wise ok. Team of hotel persons should understand the meaning of hospitality. Air condition to be made fit for proper cooling Closet and taps to be replaced. Quality of toiletries to be improved. Gap between the door and floor is more and mosquitos are entering. Room furniture to be updated.

When I reached the lodge ,which Deluxe room I had booked that room he was not given

The stay was average as hotels was not very clean but they did clean and sent for house keeping on request. It is on a good location though and food served was delicious.

very unhygienic place. though restaurant and food was good. I booked Executive AC Room, but they allotted a Double Deluxe by calling the same as Executive AC Room. located on the main road with easy access to city and other major attractions.

property location was good. food quality was very bad. amenities was okay . water bottle were not provided, had to ask for it, one of the room was not cleaned properly, toiletries were not provided properly. had breakfast in the hotel it was not at all good taste was not up to the par. overall 2.0 stars

It was ok.. price is not matching with facility. u wil get only room not even handwash and bathgel...apart from its good..

The lodge provides a table-service breakfast, but it takes quite a long time for them to bring the food. A buffet system would be better, as we could choose and eat whatever we want more conveniently.

Hotel is not good for couple stay Rooms are shabby old towel bathroom taps are leaking bed spreads are not properly washed. AC not at all working. If power goes even after Half n hour they are not on Generator

As a business traveler room size is good, but hygiene issue is there in room. Breakfast is ok, lift not maintained properly some 2 times stuck in between.

Earlier they have given room it was very worst no cleaning at all in washroom. After that they have given another room when we ask that was quite good than the first, but then switches are not working. Hot water not coming, lift is also not working , when we dial reception number it is also not working. Don’t book stay here.

Do not book this hotel on the basis of few good Reviews and Photos which are uploaded..Those photos of 10000 BC and In actual it is a dissaster..No service.No one to ask for.. It is a kind of low grade lodge..It is not even worth 1000 Rs Per Night..I did not understand why did they charges 4.5 K..Make my trip should reveiw hotel ls before you on board them..

Terrible Experience with the stay. Dirty bathrooms and toilets, toilet flush was not working. AC water leakage continously. Room service was worst. Lift not working properly.
