Vikrama Sarovar Portico Pavagadh

Excellent property with beautiful location but service was average. I was there with my family. Check in process was smooth. Front desk was helpful but not active. He didn’t provide us basic information like wifi password and breakfast timing etc. We went for lunch around 2pm and we ordered subji and tawa roti, when we asked for some more tawa rotis the waiter denied and told us that chef denied to make tawa roti, when i asked for manager then they serve tawa roti. One more incident happed when i went to take a shower, both shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty, i don’t hv choice hence i just take shower and went to reception to fill this bottles, after some time a housekeeping boy came and he told that he will check first and then sent some body later, meanwhile we need to check out and then the lady come with can of shampoo, obviously we denied and we checked out. I don’t want to give negative review but i am sharing this feedback here so that they can improve their services. I will definitely visit this property as the property location and room was clean.

The portico is located near pavagadh, with a scenic view of the mountain. The place is serene. It has excellent facilities including a swimming pool, a restaurant, a gym, a horse riding facility, and a play zone. It is a compact place, not too big, not too small, with friendly and cost vibes. The rooms are clean and well maintained, with excellent bathroom and shower facilities. It has a bit of european touch. The restaurant serves good quality food and is an elegant place in itself. The Vikrama Sarovar Portico Pavagadh staff is friendly and cooperative. The stay was so good that within a day we had felt fresh and rejuvenated. We are really surprised to find such a good place near pavagadh. This is a perfect place for a short stay.

The resort is neatly nestled in the lap of rolling hills. The property hosts an intense variety of flora and fauna. The staff were very courteous and they took great efforts to ensure that our personal needs were addressed. Definitely recommend this place for a weekend getaway

The Vikrama Sarovar Portico Pavagadh is good, location is really nice. The problem is they don't have enough staff and that too trained staff. Services at restaurant were very poor. Half the things were not available. They took really long to serve food.

The property is very beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The horse riding and swimming pool were totally worth it.
