there is no shop or some basic facilities (like toot brush , food facilities) even when they didn't accept make my trip booking due to low price why they use that platform or if they are using they have to update there charges still I'm not receiving payment bill or they didn't respond timely

My experience was very bad. The hotel staff did not even give me the keys to my room. I told them several times. The room was also not being cleaned on time. They came to clean it only after repeatedly asking. Even to get water, I had to go from the 3rd floor to the ground floor. It was the responsibility of the hotel staff to make water available in the room at all times. My overall experience is very bad.

Well, honestly the caretaker was nice, but as you would expect that if your room has a television it would be working, ours had a television and the remote was missing, we asked the 2nd caretaker and he said that whole building has only 1 remote, and dismissed us and continued playing on his phone, after around 15 mins the main caretaker came, then we made him arrange the remote.. overall nothing much just that the 2nd caretaker was kinda rude like its not his job to take care of things

property location is outside no nearby market or eating joints. need to explore

The room I booked, the manager didn't provide me that room, he provided another small room in a very terrible condition and the behaviour was not good too

The way of talking was horrible. Worst experience I have ever seen in my life.

Highly unprofessional guy at the desk . No keys provided for rooms,giving funny excuses for keys of the rooms . Making promises that he will watch their belongings ,but nobody can leave their belongings without proper locks of doors .

TV is not working. Unhygienic room. Light is interrupted most of time. room service is very poor. Additionally charged for 13/06/25 - whereas I booked for 12 AN for 13/06/25, I leave at 05 AN on 13/06/25 but hotel manager charged extra for 01 day

Hotel is good but cleanliness of bed was an issue

Firstly the location was very remote and unhygienic and coming to the hotel rooms , the rooms were very dirty they had cigarette smell and the they even didn't have the room keys and their is horrible

When I come last night, they not provide the room and say that we don't have any room contact with makemytrip and take your refund, he denied to given the room, at the end resolve my issue but he can't after an hour with talking with cops he say that we will adust you in another hotel and not provide any cab to me ...he say that next morning we will send you cab money but next day he refuse that and the room provide me in construction building it is not proper buildup construction work is going on...my experience is very bad

Dirty, Bad Smell,

rooms are not good manager denied for check in online booking not accepted and hotel service are offline.this one a big fraud

Budget friendly, best property in area, will stay next time also, nice staff, hygiene, perfect location

firstly they denied that room was not available. then they provide room after 1 hr of waiting. there was no tv in the room. walls were spitted bed sheets was use marks on it.gyser is not working. no any food option was provided by hotel.
