Location is excellent, ambiance is great with full of nature. Like to thank mr ralph, he is a wonderful host, if he comes in day shifts, i am sure the Vila Goesa Beach Resort (A Beach Touching Property ) ratings will go up. There are few minor drawbacks like if someone wants 24 hours service then you will be disappointed, but if u want to stay at room in goa then better not to go there ) also we found few cockroaches in bathroom but never bothered as u can find them anywhere in india, they are harmless. Only one suggestion to owner, if you put a little effort in maintaining the rooms, the way you have maintained outside area, this is a 5 star property, and the rating will shoot up. We enjoyed our stay and will go back again to this heritage property with great location and close to nature thank you so much ralph for being a wonderful host. Goa is full of good people. Thanks everyone for our wonderful trip.

Great location, beautiful property. Direct private access to beach. But, no restaurant, only room. Towels, trash are not changed/cleaned daily. No daily room cleaning. Available only on request. Lot of restrictions in place. Pool and private beach access gets closed at 6 pm. A deposit of 2k is required at the time of checkin - which is not told at the time of booking. Car keys need to be deposited too as the parking is small. In every 1 or half hour there will be power cut which will force the ac to stop and you need to keep on waiting for when it will come back. Manager/caretaker is rude at times. If you can ignore all these - the place is really nice overall. Also 2. 6k per night just for the standard room seems ok.

We were there for two nights, overall experience is good. Pros: 1)near to beach, just 3 min walk 2)building are into nature, so stay is very calm. 3)we paid 3800 during peak time (travelled on jan26th 2024)so i think it’s worth 4)rooms are clean and neat, ac works well 5)staff service is good. Cons 1)as it is near to beach car parking is bit difficult, fcfs 2)if you are opting for food within premise for vegetarian it’s not option very less options 3)there is on call reception availability, you need to go to reception for each query 4)check in was but delayed as lot of people arrived at the same time, they can improve it 5)old property, property is not well maintained, lot of bushes.

Nice property spread over very big area, just adjacent to calangute beach, easily accessible, amid-st lush greenery, swimming pool, walkways all around, various categories of big size rooms in cottages, dedicated front desk, courteous staff. Kitchen and restaurant are not full functional, no parking space for two wheelers and hence all bikes have to be parked outside on a very narrow road, a small parking for four wheeler vehicles is available. Due to very limited service staff the required service takes longer time. Guest can directly walk to the main calangute beach from inside the resort. Tariff is very reasonable. Service and amenities need improvement.

I have visited villa goes a 4th time with my friends and we found one of the best properties. You will find lots of greenery in this property and the beach is within walkable distance and that too through a private way to the beach. Very reasonable prices, best for your pocket. This time only one thing we have observed restaurant for not fully functional (might be because of off season) but the kitchen was working function from 8 am. The staff is very helpful and polite with guest and provide quick service. I am one of the happy customers of villa goes a and definitely will visit again as this is one of our first preferences with friends.

Location is good. Nearby to baga beach. Also the property us directly connected to the beach. Good stay overall. Pool is good. But it's an old property. So everything looks little old. Including the room, furniture. Lights are dim for same reason. And we got a corner room at the end of the resort. So need to walk little bit till the Vila Goesa Beach Resort (A Beach Touching Property ) gate. Also there is no parking for bikes. Need to park on the road. Of-course security is there.

The resort had good cottages to stay. Amenities are good. Near to the beach and have their own garden and path to the beach. One recommendation from my side is to provide lunch and dinner as well. If not, then snacks would be good. The owner and people working there are good and reasonable. They also have their own taxi service. Shout-out to rama who provides taxi service, showed good places in north goa within a day and explained about the sites in north goa.

This is my 2nd time to visit the same place. Actually i loved this Vila Goesa Beach Resort (A Beach Touching Property ) and it's ambiance is too good and it's worth of money. This Vila Goesa Beach Resort (A Beach Touching Property ) having private beach less crowded and the romantic place. Hotel staff are friendly and cooperative. Also maintain the hygiene and surrounding area is also clean. I will prefer every time this place for goa vacation

It was good overall. Direct access to beach. Swimming pool is quite good. Nice rooms. Garden is superb. Overall satisfied with the stay at voila goesa.

Villa goes beach resort is my favorite place to stay in goa

Hotel location and garden is good, it’s near to baga beach. But Vila Goesa Beach Resort (A Beach Touching Property ) policy is not good like asking 2000 deposit money while checking as deposit and they said it is refundable.

Property have nice and calm vibes. Hospitality is good. 5mins walk to titos. Beach accessible from property. Rooms are nice. Overall very good.

Have been coming here for years though Vila Goesa Beach Resort (A Beach Touching Property ) may not be modern it's direct access to beach and great welcoming staff makes it the perfect choice

It's a better place to stay as family or with friends nice rooms cleanliness we can feel like s house beach is near to the apartment

It is lovely for those who love green surroundings & exclusive approach to the beach.

The place is quaint and earthy. The beach is literally a min away. It is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Amazing location

Property is nice. As after covid they are starting again with the season. Some flaws were there. But they were working on that. Kind of a hidden place but definitely a gem. Place was clean. Pool was not clean as there were bugs leaves floating.
