A relaxing getaway with warm hospit

Had a wonderful stay at this property near Rishikesh. The hospitality was exceptional, making you feel right at home. A special mention to Soni Ji at reception for her warm welcome, Deepak Ji, the head chef, for his delightful culinary creations with all the dietary restrictions I had regarding the food being strictly vegan and with no added salt, and Balvant Ji, who ensured impeccable service throughout our stay. Their efforts truly enhanced our experience. The property itself is a serene retreat, perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, one small drawback was the placement of the jacuzzi in the Grand Vileen Villa, which lacked privacy due to its open setup. Overall, a great experience, and would highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful escape with excellent service.

Excellent stay. The resort is luxurious with stunning views. Large well appointed rooms and suites. The duplex suite we stayed in was tastefully done with high quality interiors and all the amenities. Kids enjoyed the heated swimming pool and the outdoor activities. The food at the restaurant is nice as well. Lots of unique health food varieties and dishes. The chefs and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Checkin was smooth and overall they took very good care of us with good attention to detail. Had a nice stay and would highly recommend this for a luxuries stay at Rishikesh. Soni and Sunita at the reception made sure our requests were all attended to. Mr Vishal, managing the resort was very considerate of our requests at the SPA and the restaurant.

The resort is on the cliff of the mountain on the banks of the ganges. The location is absolutely lovely and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is very polite and helpful. The penthouse was spacious and had all luxurious amenities including a jacuzzi. We tested many dishes in the restaurant and they were very delicious.
