All about villa 30

After reaching the property, we were scared to remain there even for 5 minutes, bcoz it's a very outskirt place where there is no shop or buildings or even houses... only a single house we could see. And the entrance to property was terrible , no car cam climb that slopy entrance (except a jeep). Property is very far away from most of the tourist places in wayanad. And property is not as good as it is shown in the photos... so we after looking at the property decided to leave and could not get a refund also, as its owner has already put a condition in the booking that : it's refundable (may be for these above mentioned reasons he put these conditions) .... so overall it's not a good & safe place to enjoy
