I recently enjoyed an exceptional stay at this property, and it surpassed all my expectations. Locating the property was effortless, and the villa itself lived up to the elegance in the photos. The standout feature of my stay was undoubtedly the warmth of our host, reuben. Reuben skillfully struck the balance between being available for assistance and respecting our privacy. His insights into nearby attractions and expert guidance on planning our itinerary were amazing. Notably, he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even assisting in arranging a two-wheeler provider for our convenience. Additionally, the caretaker, ramchand, contributed to the overall charm. The punctual and reasonably priced home-cooked meals were also quite delicious. If you are seeking a refined getaway with unparalleled hospitality, this property is a standout choice.

We had our reservations for 4 days and also had to check in early. The host was extremely kind to allow us early check in (for a nominal fee. Since we were on the same flight to goa, he took us to the villa in the same cab and allowed us a free drop ) about the place: a very relaxed and laid back stay, the utilities - ac / fridge / geyser work absolutely well there's a drying area for clothes in the balcony and a cute sitting as well. Everything is at 4-5 min drive or a 10-12 min walk. The beach is a 3 min drive and. 10 min walk. The host was very warm and helped us with a lot of suggestions for sight seeing, breakfast, lunches and dinners, even live music and karaoke nights. Lovely laid back stay here, would definitely return. Both - for the place and the host )

We have found this property in makemytrip. We have booked for 3 days initially and extended the home stay another day. House owner rebuen is very friendly and helped to extend another day. He helped to get scotty for rental and shared nice resturants, places information to explore south goa. I would recommend anyone to stay at villa barbosa home stay without any doubt. Care taker will help you out if you need anything. Opposite to homestay you will get nice drinks as well. This home stay is near to colva beach, sernabatm and more beaches. You'll explore all south goa places from here without hesitation

If you're looking out for a staycation, this place seems to be one of the excellent place ! right from checking-in to checking out the villa facilities and the owner assured and provided us with wonderful services! i would deeply recommend this place for stay, for tourist as well as locals to spend some quality time with thier loved ones!

The place is good. The rooms are spacious. Hotel staff attend to all your needs whenever you call them. The owner is very helpful in all aspects, you can rely and take help if you feel out place. They also helped me arrange scooty and taxi, when requested. I plan to visit here again when i come next time with my family.

We did have an amazing stay! the host was such a warm person! not only did reuben suggest beautiful places to see he also got a cake for my husband on his birthday! warm gesture. This place is highly recommend if you wanna stay close to the beach and if you looking for serenity and a homely stay away from home!

Location... very good ... easy acces to all the beaches nearby Rooms....,excellent... very clean and the nice... not a single thing to complain about... good value for money. And lastly a very responsible host.

Rube n is a great host. He made sure everything ready for the guest to have a peaceful stay at his place. His place is very close to colva beach and rented bikes are available around it. Very scenic roads and nice stay. All thanks to rube n for his guidance while i was there

We travel-led as a couple. Located in calm and serene place, the stay was excellent for a decent price. A little drive to the nearby beaches. Food was excellent, both in quality and quantity. Highly recommendable.

We were here for couple of days and it was good experience. Host arranged rental vehicle and as well helped us for creating itinerary with places we can visit along with what we had planned.
