Overall we had amazing experience here. All rooms were neat and clean. The best part was the private pool which is sufficient size for 10-12 people. And they keep it clean. Only downside is living room doesn’t have ac. But if you keep the room open with ac on it will manage it. It’s far from the chaos of all famous beaches. Good for family or friends outing. Totally recommend.

Good property for groups and families who to get together. Decent location and nice spacious rooms with ready to cook kitchen and most loving part is the private swimming pool which is attached to kitchen and one can serve food from kitchen directly pool who is swimming. Bit far afford it if you have your own vehicle. Overall great experience

The villa is very beautiful place, and best for huge group of people, very spacious rooms and bathrooms. The place is maintained very well neat and clean, the pool is also big inhalf to. Accommodate big group, overall one of the best properties in goa at this price

It was an amazing place to stay as the property is built so nicely and the property owner has provided all the facilities in there and we received everything that we wanted jst by making a phone call to the care taker of the property.

This villa i choose accidentally and i thought would be this villa good or not but for my thoughts it went extremely exciting and excellent trip because of this villa. Worth staying here for group tour with 10 to 20 members

Villa is super good! you have a supermarket right in front of it. But the location is too far is what we thought. Night travel to villa will be some tough.
