The Location of the property is great, with the beach and restaurants within walking distance. The Cleanliness of the property is well-maintained with regular cleaning and changing of linens. The Amenities provided in the property are adequate, including a well-equipped kitchen, AC in all rooms, washing machine, and a smart TV. The Host is responsive and helpful, with exceptional service from the housekeeping staff. However, some minor maintenance issues were reported, but overall, the property is highly recommended for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

  The property is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, close to the beach and surrounded by lush green gardens. There are many restaurants and hotels around the property. The location is easily accessible and convenient for moving around in South Goa. The property is also located in a gated community with a pool and riverfront, adding to its attraction.

• Cleanliness

  The property is well maintained and cleaned regularly. The housekeeping staff is exceptional and goes beyond to help the guests. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with soap and shampoo. The beds and sheets are clean and comfortable. The shared pools are great and well maintained.

• Amenities

  The property has all the required amenities including AC in all rooms and the living area, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, smart TV, ironing board, and iron. The kitchen has all the required utensils, crockery, and cutlery for cooking. The bathrooms have hot water geysers. The property is perfect for mid to long term stay including working remotely.

• Host

  The host is responsive and accurate in communication. The arrangements made by the host before and during the stay are well received and appreciated. The host is thoughtful and has kept basic fruits, milk, and other eateries which helped the guests a lot when they arrived. However, some guests were disappointed with the host's lack of activity and courtesy during check-in.
