Very wonderful experience at this stay. The staff is very good and helpful special mention to Madan, thank you for making our stay so pleasant. Everything from food, stay and experience is very good, came to Pondicherry to celebrate my anniversary and it was memorable. Special addition is jacuzzi.

Good service and ambience. Jacuzzi could’ve been a little bigger.

the stay was pleasant and the ambience was okay near to all the beaches and french colony

In make my trip, it is mention like 4star Stay, but basic amenities itself not available, washroom connections are not working well, electrical loose connection safety issue, TV channels also not working, telling us to recharge.

Rooms electrical and plumbing works need service, basic TV and no channel was showing, telling us to recharge for a regular channel also.

Stay and Amenities: Great Service: Great Food: Excellent Some Suggestions: 1. The rooms could use some bright white lights — currently, all the lights are yellowish. Please consider improving this if possible. 2. The power backup wasn’t very reliable. The power did come back within a minute each time, but I’m not sure if that’s a common issue or just a one-time occurrence. 3. The check-in time was perfect, and we received our keys right on time. However, I’d like to share one customer-centric suggestion. When I arrived at the property around 1:30 p.m., I was quite tired due to the hot sun. We waited for about half an hour before check-in — which is absolutely fine since that’s the policy. But during that time, I noticed that another couple, who had just received their keys, were offered a welcome drink right after check-in. We were also sitting there, tired and thirsty, and the staff knew that we were about to check in soon. I was expecting that they might offer us a welcome drink as well. It’s a small gesture, but such thoughtful touches make a big difference to guests. From a business point of view, what you did was not wrong — but from a customer’s perspective, these little things really stand out. Anyway, I did receive the welcome drink after check-in, and it was appreciated. Also, I’m not sure who handles the social media for this villa, but I’ve seen some of your responses to people who intentionally try to portray the property in a negative light. The way you respond to them with proof is excellent — I actually enjoyed reading those replies! Great strategy 👏

My recent stay at The villa ecotiva is the phenomenal service delivered by every member of the staff. From the moment we arrived until the final wave goodbye, we felt genuinely cared for, making this hotel stand out far above the rest. ​Our experience began with a seamless and warm check-in.The reception is anticipated our needs, provided an excellent overview on the rooms & amenities available. And the housekeepers were also wonderful; our room was always cleaned and refreshed, and they always offered a polite greeting whenever we passed them in the hallway. ​In summary, The rooms ,jacuzzi experience and food facilities, but it’s the dedicated, kind, and professional staff who turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a highly worthy stay in pondicherry.

Good and comfortable stay , mind-blowing , best in hospitality

Customer service was good. The receptionist was very helpful and did an amazing job. However the condition of the jacuzzi was in bad shape. It looked dirty and had hard stains which didn’t clear. The filtration system/jacuzzi pump was dirty as well. So no matter how many times you emptied the tub and filled it fresh, the filtration systems dirt somehow seemed to be find a way to make dirt floating around in the water again. The swimming pool was terribly maintained. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned for days. The Ac in the room was leaking and after informing the receptionist, they had offered to clean up an alternate room as a replacement but by the time it was done, I had already settled in and it had gotten late. This is something that should’ve been done before the key was handed over to the guest.

The room was spacious. The Jacuzzi experience was pain relieving and amazing. The complimentary breakfast was tasty. The service team was courteous.

We loved our stay at Villa ECOTIVA. Staffs were very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and food was great. Jacuzzi was clean. Overall very great experience
