The Cleanliness of the property was a mixed bag with some guests finding it impeccable while others found it lacking. The Location of the property was praised by most guests as it was close to the beach and other attractions. The Food & Dining was a highlight for many guests as the breakfast served was delicious and freshly cooked. The Amenities of the property were well-maintained and the pool was a popular feature. The Host was helpful and responsive, making the stay comfortable for guests. Overall, the property is a good option for families and friends looking for a budget-friendly stay in Goa.

• Cleanliness

  Cleanliness during the stay was the biggest setback. Maid was so careless that until we ask she is not ready to clean the bathroom. She is not even bothered about the changing the bedroom bedsheet on daily basis. The maintenance of property is very good staff is very polite made served freshly cooked hot tasty breakfast very clean and neat and best property for a group stay. The villa was impeccably clean and well-maintained with all of the amenities that I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The villa was clean and well-maintained. Everything was as expected from the posted photos. The property was really well maintained The Rooms were clean would say Value for Money.

• Location

  Property is wonderful has great location and parking space. Lagoon Apartment is at prime location. Both Calangute and Baga beaches are reachable in 20 minutes by walk. Easy access to main areas. The place is clean. Host is very helpful. The property was superb located at the heart of both the tourists world (Bagga and Calungate). Both sides at strolling distance and with plenty of restaurants available.

• Food & Dining

  Maid will come at 9.30 AM to prepare breakfast who will be in room during that time in Goa we all go there to visit places. Also finally 165K for single days is not at all worthy considering the cleanliness and location of the property. Breakfast provided is good. There is a lady who will make you fresh breakfast in the morning and cleans the villa too she was amazing and really friendly! The cook savita cooks delicious breakfast every day and was very cooperative. The amazing breakfast made my Chef Kabir was definitely one of highlights of our stay and we wiped our plates clean every single time.

• Amenities

  Pool timing was from 800am800pm it should be allowed in the night as well. Sometimes we feel like swimming in the night as well. There is a pool that is shared with the villa opposite. Bath towels are clean toiletries are provided too. The wifi is perfect for use during a holiday. The villa and the pool were very clean and the hospitality was topnotch. The pool which is right in front of the villa is a huge advantage and my family used it on multiple occasions.
