1. Room was not clean 2. ⁠water bottles were not provided even though we asked owner multiple times 3. ⁠restroom and wash are was very stinky 4. ⁠reception guys were nkt attentive

Terrible experience. Very old property, with no maintenance!! As there is no washroom and the jaquzee outside was not working!

Review: I rarely write reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. The hotel’s photos online —nothing like what we actually got. The rooms were dirty, cramped, and poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and an unpleasant smell. The so-called “luxury ambience” was nowhere to be found; instead, it felt neglected and unhygienic. The services were equally terrible—staff were unhelpful, unprofessional, and showed no concern for guests’ comfort. Basic amenities that were promised (like [Wi-Fi, hot water, clean bedding, etc.—insert specific ones you faced]) were either unavailable or in a pathetic state. not on actual quality or hospitality. I would never recommend this place to anyone—there are far better options nearby that are honest about what they offer. Rating: ⭐ (if possible, 0 stars)

We stayed at Village Susegat Beach Resort, Morjim for 3 days in their honeymoon suite, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is peaceful, the ambiance is charming, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The food was truly a highlight — especially the breakfast, which was fresh, delicious, and offered great variety. We thoroughly enjoyed every meal during our stay. The only area that could be improved is the maintenance of the property, as some parts felt like they needed a bit more care. Other than that, everything was excellent and we had a lovely time. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxed and enjoyable getaway in Morjim.

One word – Horrible. While the property itself looked decent, the experience was a complete nightmare. We stayed here as a couple for 3 nights, and for 2 of those nights, the power was out only Imagine being stuck in the dark with no help at all. The worst part? The so-called property manager. He was by far the most unprofessional and careless person I’ve ever come across. We tried calling him multiple times throughout the night—he didn’t bother to answer. When he finally responded, his reply was, “I have my family to give time to. I’ll check in the morning.” No sense of responsibility, no empathy, and absolutely zero regard for guests' safety or comfort. Even though the property has its own restaurant, having someone like running things just ruins the entire stay. If you’re expecting basic hospitality or emergency support, this is NOT the place for you. Avoid it—especially if you're expecting even minimal service at night.

The location was good just near the beach but the rooms were disgusting. The room had a foul smell and also bedsheets,pillows, blankets & towels were so dirty & unhygienic.I wont suggest to anyone to stay here. My experience was terrible.

The property location us perfect ams secluded from the busy beach fronts. Food is good too, but too expensive in comparison with 3 start hotels The staff is amazing. Maintenance needs improvement. It's understood that the customers themselves fail to treat it like their own or may be not sure how to use the appliances and amenities Oh and the facilities... I brag about the fact that it's wheelchair accessible. I have stayed there before with my physically challenged sister. And I came back with my friends too. 😊 I will come.again... Please please ensure that the toilets are well maintained . Thanks

I find Susegad resort very nice and just next to the beach. Very peaceful and silent. I find the room allocated to me quite decen t for the price we paid.

Honeymoon villa is what I had booked. Room os wooden hut and basic amenities like bathroom, TV, mini refrigerator, chair/ sofa are MISSING. Bathtub is malfunctioning and you have to call reception to get it empty again. The rooftop is covered with tiles however, bathtub is covered with metal sheets and area gets very hot in afternoon. Interior is very old and needs renovation. Location on the other hand is great and beach is connected to campus area.

Property is just at beach and easy to reachable. Good experience. Rooms are also ok ok. Because there may be some seapage smell just because of weather and being beside of beach. Otherwise it is very quit and good property

pathetic experience, its not a resort its a torture, dirty stinky rooms, ac not working tv not working flush not working no service at all, dirty lenin, floor, curtain. its your worst nightmare. don't ever book this resort. thank you MMT for refund,but still we went through rough time and we checked out vwry next night. pls avoid

It's was a great stay. Key point property is right on the morjim, tasty food, nice staff and conceptual rooms with beautiful garden area.

Stay -good Staff - Few staff ...(low efficient) Shack service - Late location -Excellent Breakfast - v.good Lunch /dinner - Gotta rely on fast food(North indian food)....beach side shack dont expect fresh food ... To sum up: For low budget ..go for it
