1 rating on 10 — Worst Hotel Experience Ever! Avoid this place at all costs. The hotel is nothing like what they show online. 1-)The property is extremely small, right next to the highway — constant noise and ongoing construction all around. 2-) Frequent power cuts and shockingly, even water shortage in the washrooms! 3-) The swimming pool was filthy — full of insects and even small crabs. 4-) The restaurant was a nightmare — staff wearing dirty, smelly clothes and a so-called “chef” who clearly had no clue about cooking. We ordered 3 Chinese dishes all half-cooked and tasteless. Later, we had dinner at Saltt miles better in quality and experience. 5-) They claim the hotel is fully booked — but it’s a lie. The place was practically empty, being run by just 5–6 staff trying to manage everything. 6-) Probably the dirtiest restaurant and most unprofessional team I’ve seen. Please don’t waste your money here.

The room is good but had a continuous sound throughout the day and night coming of insects or rats in the room. Also when we asked the staff for contacts for auto and cabs to go around they were not very helpful and were also not able to arrange an auto for us. There is only one other food option near this resort so there isn’t much to explore or do here.

This property is an excellent place for a quiet,call and peaceful stay with few Cottages having a private pool to chill

We stayed here with friends. The rooms are well maintained and good. Food is tasty and their service is good. Will recommend you to stay here. I faced only one issue. I needed to coordinate something before checkin. It wasn’t easy to get thru to the hotel as their phone kept ringing. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay with friends and family

The stay was good and we enjoyed a lot. The rain got the stay more enjoyable and we enjoyed live match during our dinner time. Food was awesome

Overall Rating Above average for price I booked at over weekend BUT I would say that it's very good property at 6-7K per night Fern Brand associated with Zinc Hotel was our reason to BOOK BUT let me be honest Basic Hospitality is BIG Time Missing 🚨 1) Pre Check IN Our Cab with spouse and luggage NOT Allowed till reception. I had to force my way with Security Guard 😇 2) Check IN Experience Most Disgusting Reception Lobby 3) My 1st Food Order Experience Day 1 evening Paneer Tikka 1st Order after CHECK IN wasn't properly marinated Room Dining came took that away and just re cooked and gave back BURNT paneer Tikka I think they don't understand marination 4) Day 2 Morning Breakfast Experience Ordered for one crispy Dosa which was cold so they took it back and gave back after putting on a tawa to make it warm. I don't think they understand hospitality or crispy dosa. Tissue Papers and cutlery not on Table, once can of course pick up on their own Black Coffee lacked Coffee Beans Aroma once would expect from such Hotel.

Stay was excellent. Food is awesome, however food price is on high side but can be a bit reasonable. Amenities are also good and can upgrade by few more addition of outdoor games

It was an amazing place to stay

Resort is well maintained and having all the amenities. Perfect for staycation away from hustle and rustle of our busy city life. Monsoon added to its beauty Sahyadri mountain ranges can be seen from your room’s window it’s so scenic.

this is not resort..don't have to called resort..no proper electricity at night ..power cut again and again..rooms were too small.space that's shown include corridor.. needed refund as already complaint..

Room was chosen a private pool room, but the pool found not maintained properly and observation i with hazzy water and couple of earthworms at bottom of pool, made 3-4 request to clean the pool, after that they sent the person the person removed some dirt ,from the pool and started filtration for the pool.Rooms found well maintained and clean but disappointed for the pool.

The property itself has potential – the structure and ambiance are quite decent – but unfortunately, it’s not well maintained. We noticed cockroaches in the bathroom, which was disappointing. The service was extremely slow and required multiple follow-ups for even basic requests. There were also frequent electricity issues during our stay, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, for the amount charged, the experience fell short of expectations.

Had a wonderful stay at Villament Zinc Journey by The Fern, Karjat. Beautiful location, clean rooms, excellent hospitality, and peaceful ambience made it a perfect getaway. Highly recommended for a relaxing retreat!
