Villament Zinc Journey by The Fern, Karjat

Location: very easy to locate and is close to the highway. Best part is, it's just 1. 5 hrs from mumbai. Food: breakfast spread follows the buffet system which is really praiseworthy. Carefully curated menu that suits every palate. It has a lot of variety. We stayed for 2 nights and the two breakfast buffet were completely different. One day it had pane-er paratha, fruits, potato wedges, omlette, idli, vada, sambar, two chutneys, vermicelli, misal pav etc. Second day had alu paratha, idli vada, poha, egg burji, french fries, egg toast etc. The silk route restaurant also has amazing hospitality. Portion wise also too good. Amenities: a small area but has a plethora of options to enjoy and have fun. It also offers a big swimming pool and several indoor games like carrom, chess, table tennis etc. Added advantage are the green lawns to enjoy nature to its fullest. One can also play badminton and football at the lawn area. Safety and hygiene- even though it's quite close to the highway, traffic noise is at bay. It's quite relaxing inside the cubicles. The rooms are also very nearly maintained with prompt service. But it becomes a haven for small insects once lights are switched on. Pros:the property is maintained well with neatly done interiors and cozy setup. Pool was also very neat and promptly cleaned at regular intervals. Staff: very courteous staff. But checkout formalities cud hv been faster especially when gst billing is required. Toiletries are not furnished as per the no of people seeking accomodation and newspaper which was mentioned was never recieved. Cons: car parking is not inside the premises but just outside the entrance. Extra bed if already opted during booking, cud have been kept ready during check in itself. Extra bed provided was not comfortable enough. A lot of wasp nests are there in the balcony area which is quite dangerous for small kids. Nights were also made spookier with tiny mouse sounds. Presence of a lot of insects during dusk and night are a disturbance.

Our stay at Villament resort was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and offered a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the Villament Zinc Journey by The Fern, Karjat 's location made it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. We would definitely recommend this Villament Zinc Journey by The Fern, Karjat to anyone visiting Karjat.

The location is very convenient. It’s just off the mumbai pune old highway. Excellent wooden cottages with all amenities, including toiletries, tea/coffee and fridge in the room. Clean rooms with clean linen. They have a restaurant which serves delicious food, though i thought it was overpriced and portions were small. Ch-en in process could be improved. Swimming pool is good though the water could be cleaned frequently. Service levels are okay. Overall good stay.

The overall experience was very good. Since the Villament Zinc Journey by The Fern, Karjat is also new and located close to highway it was easily reachable. The food quality was really amazing. The only downside was the inexperienced staff. You needed at-least one experience manager to handle which i couldn’t find there and yeah the attached pool to our room wasn’t cleaned even though after request rest everything was good.

The stay was good but for a short period of stay only. No complaints except for the water supply which got disrupted in the morning. The plumber came late to attend. There should be more recreational activities.

Property is quite good! some suggestion can be considered like phone facility must be available in cottages so that communication with reception can be easier, dental kit must be two in each rooms.

Property is well maintained and it is neat and clean. Restaurent food is good but very expensive. Staff is god and helpfylul
