room assigned was good. TV with several channels, toilet rolls provided, hot water is better in the mornings..later you can reduce the tap flow for hot water, good lighting, ample parking. Highlight is the breakfast. We loved it. Lunch/ Dinner need improvement. Recommended.

Rooms are typical 2 star bit old property.. restaurant is very slow seems like because of room service and Zomato delivery priority hotel have. Moreover language issue in hotel which makes it difficult for letting people know what we need… only single staff which tries to understand but still fine what you paid.

Rooms and bed has tiny grains of sand from people having bath in the sea. Not dry washed properly . Bathroom door was not closing properly . However food was good

There room service is very poor. For each and every service i had to call them multiple times. There food quality is terrible and dinner buffet is not as good for which we are charged. there are very limited breakfast options. Try to avoid this Hotel

Strange behaviour of staff who hurt feeling of sad handicapped lady

Everything started off in an excellent manner- clean room, good service, etc.But mysteriously, towards the second day afternoon or the third day, the staff at the restaurant started ignoring me and concentrating only on my lady companion. in whose car I came.I am physically handicapped, a 62 year old lady who is still a research guude in a well- known university.I was the primary guest, booked online and settled all the bills.Still, the staff brought her oder only.It happened twice.They pretended that I had not placed the order.Even when checking out, the staff , like the ones at the restaurant, refused to look me in the face.I think they do not like refined people, only loud and uncouth ones like my companion with whom, naturally, I will not be travelling again.Whike I made no demands, she was the one who insited on having the bedclothes changed on the second day.Why do they treat frail people like me who walk with great difficulty with a stick in such an unpleasant manner, after paying through the nise for good service?I particularly was taken back by yhe behavious of the plump lserving lady at the restaurant

The property was quite beautiful and had excellent rooms with good room service. Ms Tamang, one of the hotel staff was very helpful and cheerful. We booked 5 standard rooms and got two rooms upgraded complimentary. The food and the buffet was delicious with a lot of tasty foods and also it was quite affordable.The only thing lacking was some facilities like a swimming pool and a gym. Rest for the price it was great
