Vinayak residency checking time was 12:00 clock but the staff there said that checking can take half an hour or one hour late. So I booked some other room. Very bad experience and there was no refund option on cancelling my room..😢

During checkin he asked to pay 1000rs deposit and refunded while checkout. There is no terms and conditions for the deposit. They haven’t provided towel and soaps.

Worst room no power vacate just 10 minites. Please consider refund the amount. Totaly waste room gust very disappointed.

Bad quality rooms.

Dirty bedsheets. Toilet broken. Dirty water which stopped coming in the morning. Old water damage in the room leaving silt and damp walls. Needs a lot of fixing.
