the staff was good and the location in the resort is very good with full of greenary fresh air and rooms are also maintained neatly. break fast we had was also good

Wifi not available in the room 101 where we stayed. Food was decent. Not much other actvities in the resort. Arcade games and water park is chargeable.

Staff,ambience,food,service everything was upto the mark.we just loved our stay and would love to visit again

I stayed here for 1 night, I had very pleasant experience and staff was supportive, surrounding by greenery outskirts of Bidar..

The Vintage retreat resort was the best property to have relax and enjoy the tym with family or friends.

We had an amazing staycation at Vintage retreat. The room was cozy with all amenities provided. We enjoyed the water park experience. Amazing sunset view from the Machaan. Amazing food as well. Highly recommend.

There was not smart TV in room Door lock was broken after talking with Maneger and requesting to change our room then also they not changed , mobile network was also not there instead of this WiFi network was also not coming lots of issue but reception staff was friendly

Travelled from Hyderabad and the location was on outskirt of Bidar but easy to approach from national Highway

1) It was confirmed before the booking that Spa is operational. Also on MakeMyTrip website Spa is mentioned in the amenities. Spa was not operational. I was told that there is no staff present in the Spa. 2) MakeMyTrip booking voucher mentioned 20% discount on Food and beverages. Hotel staff refused to give any discount and did not honour MakeMyTrip booking voucher. I had to pay full amount of the food and beverage Bill. MakeMyTrip should not give false promises to the customers. It is disgraceful. We did not book the facility for its go karting or water park and therefore did have not those either. Please refund full amount of my stay.

It was a wonderful stay , USP is their food which is very delicious , on call proactive support and room was same as shown in photos. I booked cab villa and it is perfect for a couple with one small kid. Lots of fun activity for kids like water park, go karting, arcade games (extra chargeable) . Evening was beautifully spend with their pool side bar with live music and some lip smacking food on pool side too. Lots of greenery around the corner with their private mango farming. Well connected with road and on main highway so no issue in reaching the location. Ample covered & open parking space as area of the property is huge. Good for one to two days weekend city break as the location is in mid of lush green area spread in kms

While the ambience is pleasant, I was not satisfied with the service. There were frequent power outages during my visit, and despite informing the staff multiple times to refill the water bottles, no action was taken. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall guest experience.

container stay is very bad and not worthy we upgraded our stay by paying extra money which is also not worth for our money

The stay was good with good food, but service can be improved, need to add some activities like star gazing and more.

Food is good, property is nice. Overall good experience. They have small mango farm in the property which is amazing.

The property is well maintained and food is good but limited menu. Overall it is good, but vintage villa is bit expensive comparatively with other properties. Water park is average and instead of charging 500 they may give complimentary for room stay. Thanks

Location is good and very peaceful, Food was great but rate is too high , facility is great but u were put one toothbrush and soat for two customer, other wise ur service and all was good 👍

Not worth the price, rooms are so small and not good. The rooms and bathroom doesn't look clean, there is also some weird smell
