Vintage Valley Resort

Room quality is average. Gives a feeler like you have hired someone home to stay. No feel of hotel. Makemytrip rates are on higher side. Same room is available at 15% lesser rates if booked from hotel directly. Food quality is average. Property is not well maintained

Location of the property is very nice. Restaurant as well as food quality is also very good. Staffs are cooperative. Resort is safe for family.

Room accomodation of this hotel is too good. Room services are very quick. Food is tasty. I must say for family and couples this hotel is must visit place in igatpuri. View from the room balcony is feel like heaven. You will feel peace at this place.

location and food is very nice. however amenities are very bad, dirty swimming pool, damaged pool table, services are pathetic, reception desk not received calls after 10pm. we need to go down stairs for every small requests like water bottle, extra pillow, coffee mug, towels are not changed on next day mentioned that no laundry comes in.

room is very small nd no any facilities towel is not avilable in bathroom its 7 floor but lift is only one nd staff is very small

location is beautiful, it is surrounded by nature. The view from the balcony is awesome. Food was 8/10 amenities 7.5/10, can add table tennis in indoor games section. service 7.5/10 Overall a great place to stay.

Location was dot next to the highway. We had booked a family suite which was also comfortable. Need to be much cleaner though. The resort should start using another lift as the existing lift is overloaded. Need to add more options and activities for guests as the existing activities are very limited. Overall a good and comfortable stay

Hotel was on accessable location and the staff was polite and helpful. Got a free upgrade, do happy. Only thing they can improve is to provide wider range of breakfast buffet and a better sign on highways for night travellers.

Vintage valley is a good place to stay.... But every room in not maintained.... PVC sheets in the ceiling of balcony was falling and because of that we had to change our room....
