The stay was good and memorable The staffs were kind and generous ,24*7 hot water facilities was there, the room was neat and tidy We had a good time in vip garden.

The rooms were neat and clean I enjoyed the stay and the manager was very kind.

Peacefull pleasant room and property 👌🏻 . . you can enjoy with privacy 👍🏻

I don't recommend the non-ac room, the bathroom was too small and the room had some smell, the bed is not comfortable

Property looks good but there is no parking inside the resort. Rooms are clean but we had water clogging issue. We have reported the issue but they said if will be fixed tomorrow after our checkout. Because of this 2nd person can’t bath and have to wait 1 hr till the water drains completely. It feels very bad and uncomfortable. Happy this time i came with friend instead of family.

Property location is very near to Varkala beach within 5 min walking distance. Caretaker gave us water as an when required. Hot water available 24 hrs

Room was clean and neat. But still needs some improvement on the cleanliness coz ants were found on the side of the bed.

The resort was okay for a short stay. The room was clean and had the basic amenities, but it felt a bit dated. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows could have been softer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was not convenient, not close to restaurants and public transport. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t stand out either. Good for a budget stay or if you’re just passing through.

Rooms were clean but hot water was not there. Bedsheet was not clean. Other than that everything was fine.

It is a good place to chill with-your family or friends. Nice and very cooperative staff, clean rooms.

The place was beautiful and lovely and the employee and manager were friendly and kind people.

The stay is vibrant and pretty. However, the path to the beach was too muddy because of rain and not at all walkable, because of which you have to walk more than 1km to access the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Improvements like curtains should be little more dark ambient light was missing and i saw some lizards also
