It’s a peaceful place but bit outside goa city but very beautiful location with clean and tidy rooms and beautiful small garden. Morning breakfast is light and good. This place is too good for family, friends etc to party and for picnic. Specially the care taker Mr Sailesh here is very supportive and takes care of tenants facilities well. 👌🏻

This is our second time stay at viraat square and hospitality is just awesome as usual and property is clean, serene and close to nature. It’s little far away from beaches but pleasant and calm stay. I would always choose this property for our stay. The caretaker shailesh is always there to take care of your needs and always smiling.

It is a newly constructed property. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was less but they were very friendly and helpful. Food was available on the order basis and then they will cook accordingly, airy room but no view. The view of the greenery can be experienced from the door Side. I would highly recommend this property.

The property and is located at thivim. The caretaker was available at property the room sanitization done after our reaching at property. Room facility was good. Ac and hot water available. Food not available at property. Ambience was good. Photos provided are of actual property our stay was good.

This is my regular stay Virat Square Garden | Rooms & Caretaker. Because of service and support i always prefer rather always book virat. Both owners shiva sir and shailesh bhai are always treated me a family. So no other choice to be considered

The place is amazing and peaceful with a great view from outside your door . Hygiene is maintained and the staff here is very kind. The food is very homely .To summarise this is the best you can get at this rate !😍

Clean and good Virat Square Garden | Rooms & Caretaker close to thivim railway station at a very affordable price. Rooms are super clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Car available with good driver.

Rooms are very clean and clear

Stay was comfortable. Shailesh the caretaker was always available for any assistance. Room was clean however they should keep toilet roll in washroom.

The hostel is at isolated location with nice view but it is hard to get food nearby. The room was clean and nice but the blanket and bedsheet had something caused itching.
