The stay was tooo goood. They maintained it so well. Rooms were clean and neat. Hall was spacious and kitchen vessels were so good in amount and clean. The setup was in a such a way that a family can stay there for days. So happy with the stay. Neat and private environment.

I booked this place last mintue on MMT because it was an immediate requirement. The caretaker calls you before check in and says I need to cancel the booking because it's already booked. It's a non-refundable booking and I ask him to pay my money on UPI first and then I will cancel. He says he'll check. And he calls again and says it's okay, I can come. I request for an early check in, he says there are people already there. But again asked for extra for early check in and asked me to come. We went and there was nobody (we went as early check in). The place was not freshly cleaned, clean from a few days ago only. There was motor noise and neighbours noise all throughout making it hard to sleep. On MMT, he had listed refrigerator and microwave also, but they were not in working condition. There was dust fully below the bed. On check out day, I asked for an extension. They did not pick or respond to my calls for more than an hour. When they picked, I asked for a few hours of extension if there is no booking after. He agreed for extra again and I agreed. But called in a few minutes and said the place was booked right now and we have to leave right away for him to clean the place for the next guest. Rushed us out of the place. Made us wait in the sun. He just locked up the place and went away. No cleaning. No next guest.
