Visava Amusement Park & Resort Navi Mumbai

Pros: a) the staff are very polite, helpful and supportive. B) the rooms (with smart tv, pools, dining area, water park is maintained very well. C) the food is excellent especially the non vegetarian dishes. You can also request for the food to be delivered to your room. D) the surroundings around the pool(karnala fort, mountains, natural greenery) is mesmerizing. E) due to staying at the resort on a weekday (wednesday and thursday) there was less crowd and i enjoyed the water pools and aqua disc privately with no interference from the other guests. F) the pools have depth of various ranges like 1 foot, 2 feet, 3 feet, 4 feet, 5 feet, 6 feet etc. Hence you can enjoy the pools at leisure. Cons: a) travel-ling to the resort can be challenging as one may not get uber/ola rides easily as informed by the Visava Amusement Park & Resort Navi Mumbai staff guests. However the Visava Amusement Park & Resort Navi Mumbai staff informed that one can get auto rides easily for panvel outside the resort(i was fortunate to get uber ride easily both while returning and to reach the resort) b) one may not find high adrenaline rush water rides or wave pools inside the resort. There are less than 10 water rides however i enjoyed the rides a lot. C) the food is a bit expensive and could have been economical. Overall an excellent visit and worth the stay.

The Visava Amusement Park & Resort Navi Mumbai location, ambiance, staff, hygiene, food was good during the stay. The water park is well maintained. Only complaint is all about waiting time for the food in the restaurant gar-am masala. Only one person was taking order for 20+ families in the Visava Amusement Park & Resort Navi Mumbai. Entire focus was on the other guests in the Visava Amusement Park & Resort Navi Mumbai. I am not blaming the staff working in the Visava Amusement Park & Resort Navi Mumbai as they were not having any option and doing their job well but since only one person was attending everyone the orders are delayed and served wrongly. Pls treat all the guests like, online booking, walk ins, one day picnic guys and increase staff in weekends at-least when crowd is more. Thanks

Recently we had gone to visava resorts and we have enjoyed the trip. The checkin is fast after that we went to pool and water sports for 1 hour after lunch break of 1 hour the lunch was fabulous in garam masala restaurant very tasty food and delicious after that again did the water sports for 3 hrs upto 5 pm and all the activities stop at 5 pm then we did bath and refresh and snacks in the evening we time pass in the indoor games room for 1 hour and then to dinner the dinner is also very good had some drinks and nice food. Overall it’s good but the rooms are small the bed is very small feel the prices are little higher for rooms and the restaurant food cost is very reasonable. The location, transport, ambience, service is good.

Very nice well maintained park, staff is very cooperative, we liked the arrangements. Food is also very nice. Location is superb. Memorable stay very nice well maintained park, water park is superb lifeguards are very polite and caring. Hotel staff is very cooperative, we liked all the arrangements. Food is also very nice. Location is superb near to mumbai. Easily reachable. We enjoyed the food and service. Restaurant staffs are very helpful. My child enjoyed at the waterpark and the rides. Dj at night was simply awesome. Should plan for 2nights they have different packages this is a ideal place for family and children. Totally safe, clean and well maintained.

I booked deluxe room. Overall experience was amazing with the property. Room service was good and quicker. Room was spacious with balcony, clean and didn’t expect they would also give tootbbrush, comb, room chapal, etc. Just one thing which was a set back is mattress of bed which was spring mattress which was not comfortable and gave body pain next day. Morning breakfast was outstanding due to multiple options given by them. Water park was very good and if you have a small child than this one is perfect. I loved my overall experience and would definitely visit again but, fear would be i would need to sleep on couch.

I had visited the place on way back from my travel and i wanted to visit karnala fort in the morning, so chose the place basis recommendation on mmt. The place was as per expectation and description on site. Conveniently located, hard to miss. The staff was courteous and helpful including security. Food was good as well. Only negatives - no local food on menu and not the place if you want a quiet outing - as it’s a water park as well with loads of loud music. Which was amusing to me. Situated close to a bird sanctuary. But overall, a good experience for a solo traveller

Well this is a a good place for weekend getaway. Damn close to the fort as well to just hop on to it early morning if you want to enjoy waterpark on an earlier day. Property is quite and peaceful in the stay part. Good and clean rooms the have liked the exec rooms compared to villas closer to the park. Though cottages would be nice on the other side. Haven't tried might in future. Good is surprisingly good. Try the pizza and panner tikka. Breakfast is a bit of a lull but otherwise all fine.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. We had booked a executive room. The room was good enough but had a small bathroom with the bathroom door nearly touching the wash basin. The resort has a water park and bare minimum it should have had a hair dryer for ladies which was big miss. They have a restaurant in the campus and food can be ordered via room service which was good. Staff is very courteous and kudos to them for making our stay comfortable.

Cool place to enjoy weekend with family

One of the best resort I have visited till now. Great place to have a good weekend with family, friends and your loved ones. The resort and rooms were well maintained. It was relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant. We enjoyed our stay 😊

Staff is good. Area and rooms are well maintained. Breakfast is good. Water park is small with few rides but overall maintained.

We had a comfortable stay, indoor games are not all in good condition. Most important: ask if the water park is functional before booking. We got to know after we reached, disappointed kids. Good thing is on request they allowed us extension next day. Food is fine, service is good.

Stay was very good. Polite behaviour of staff, good room service and room cleaning.
