Visava Beach Resort

A very good resort to stay. Beach is connected to resort just a 2 min walk and sea view rooms are excellent. Only thing is at least they should provide breakfast and eve snacks as an complementary as per the room charges. Otherwise it's a very good package to stay at Visava. All the picnic points are nearby visava around 6kms. Rock garden sunset is worth watching. From mahapurush temple you will get a package of boat driving for all the 4 best beaches. Take a two wheeler on rent and you can roam around easily. For Veg : Visava is having good food. Chaitanya thali is very good. Scuba diving is the main attraction of Tarkarli, everyone should must do scuba diving its amazing experience. Tarkarli is must visit place for everyone.

We stayed at Visava for 2 nights and 3 days. The room was excellent. They gave us the only room which was on the second floor and my oh my... What an amazing view. The blue sea just made the environment more romantic. The room was huge with an equally huge bathroom and tub. The room also has a mini fridge and 5 windows. The balcony was amazing with a mini swing. Even the food was amazing. I would recommend you to try out the Maharashtrian food.. Especially the crab masala and prawns masala. The surmai fry and Pomfret fry were good too. This place has it's own private beach and is located very close to devbaug sangam (where river and sea meet).

Its right on the Tarkarli beach ... The rooms are nicely built but no WiFi connection in rooms and cell networks not providing proper data means its not ideal for those who would like to stay connected The rooms are good. TV is kept in a odd position so if you got to watch then you got to sit in odd position on the bed or get the chairs from outside balcony The bathroom doors are very thick and make a screeching noise every time you open it which was bit annoying during night time But having said that the place is just too good ... If they make these small changes then it would mean awesomeness all the way.

It was nice experience, over all location is good ... Services are also fine, Garden view was also nice, nicely well maintained Garden, Staff was also nice behavior, Owner are also friendly. Rooms are also spacious. Only thing is that they could add Complimentary Breakfast along with Room Charges. As Rates are little on higher side as compare to location, Services offered. As far Restaurant is concerned, is very less in Non Veg dishes, were as you get a good non veg dishes in other near by restaurant.

Overall nice experience. Could have been better in terms of cleanliness of premises. As construction is going on, it is better if rest of the site is kept unaffected and maintained well. Location is too good, view is nice from the Visava Beach Resort, beach is just 100-200m from the rooms and can be seen while walking around in the Visava Beach Resort too. Keep up the good work and get better wherever necessary. Would love to stay there again.

Excellent ambience, Resort in front of sea, from room sea view looking awesome, Food quality & service is good. Even the beach also looking private beach, also good for couple stay & family. Also possible to visit near by location like Sindhudurg fort, rock garden, other beaches near by 5 to 6 km. If any planning for long weekend malvan is awesome to visit near by 50 km radius many of the place visit.

Visava resort is value for money. The property is easily accessible from the main road and the residence areas, dining area and play areas are thoughtfully spaced apart. The beach is easily accessible. The housekeeping staff as well as the service staff is very friendly and co-operative. Food quality and service is very good. Recommended for travellers who want to have a leisurely stay within budget.

Resort is good and nice location. Food is expensive. Better you stay here and eat outside. Spacious resort. Specially breakfast is expensive. Dinner and lunch is okay because fish and chicken will be always expensive in any restaurant around. View is very nice. Better you go for upper rooms. They are asking more rent for upper rooms but if those are available try to negotiate and get it.

Nice Visava Beach Resort. Staff is very polite. Location is awesome. Next to beach. Scuba diving and other water sports are just walk-able distance from Visava Beach Resort. Peaceful stay of 3 days. Away from city. Food was so tasty. Especially solkadi. Everything is nice. Will visit again.

Perfect location . . Spacious room with sea view. Excellent food. Ample parking space. Scuba diving facility available. You can try typical Malvani food in nearby places. Children play area. Mobile network is big issue. Staff is polite

Excellent location. Rooms are spacious. Nice servive and staff. Good cleanliness. Breakfast is delicious. Parking is available but need to do the shelter for it. Also need to provide a lighting in beach area. Nice gardening. Need to do some attractive entrance. Overall its good.

Excellent place to stay for a couple of days. They have their own beach. Good open restaurant. Amazing malvani food. Rooms are okay with good service. I guess when you are going at Tarkarli you don't want to spend much time in room. Overall great experience. Excellent beach. Must visit.

I was assuming not so good service. I visited during off season though. But I would plan and visit the same resort in Tarkarli again. I would like to visit and experience the same service during peak season.

Nice Visava Beach Resort and management with nice location .. Local food available at Visava Beach Resort is very good. We enjoyed our stay and if visit this place again than definitely we will prefer this Visava Beach Resort. I recommend this Visava Beach Resort for family stay.

Location of the resort is awesome and all the rooms are beach facing. Area is huge and lots of things to enjoy.

Rooms are very clean and tidy. But the Visava Beach Resort premises needs to be developed. Best part is - its very close to the beach. View from the Visava Beach Resort room is too beautiful. If the premises is developed, then it will attract even more customers. Because we come to spend time in open air rather than inside a room.

We stayed 3N and it was a great stay. Food, staff, location was very good. It would develop into a good Visava Beach Resort in coming time. Suggestion would be to take upper rooms. All spots to be visited are nearby from Visava Beach Resort and you could take a two wheeler rent basis to roam.

Vegiterian food options were also great. Great taste too. Nice place for family stay and Shares the same beach as, beautiful view. Road side non AC rooms are not up to the mark we upgraded to AC room and were satisfied with it. They gave us the only room which was on the second floor

Room location, cleanliness, room service all are excellent. Facilities are also good. Good value for money. But Restaurant staff arrogant and not at all helpful. May be they don't need customer or the behave like this. They are not ready to listen any problem.

Location of this resort is best. Rooms are good & spacious. Restaurant is good but need to give prior intimation as they have very specific menu. Service is very nice. Only issue that I found was there were lot of mosquitoes in common areas like stairways.
