Good sarvice and clean rooms staff is very good.. Fuds sarvice good. Location very nice..

it is worst hotel for hygiene and quality. hotel management couldn't be maintained the hotel as shown in picture it's totally opposite side. the washroom tap is not working flush is not working it's totally wast of money for staying in this hotel. even they do not have cafe or restaurant in their hotel. my personal opinion never book this hotel for Trip of udaipur.

The room was having bad smell, Bedsheet was dirty, Washroom was so dirty, No proper lock for door, no privacy in the room, it was dirctly opened glass with just bad curtains. Only location was good. No new water bottle in the room. I paid 1400+ rs.

washroom were not workable Fan& AC were in terrible conditions. one of the terrible experience. Even towal were not clean nd Bed sheet were also not clean.

cleanliness is missing, the hotel do not have restaurant. Breakfast options are not there...only poha and bread butter....hence better to opt for without break fast option.

It was good experience at vishalas kesar regency. Room and ambience was good but cleanliness would have been better.

The location of the hotel is good and the staff is well behaved and helpful but there is one drawback and that is no food is available in the hotel. They have not yet started any food service though they have a printed menu card. They should start it as soon as possible. . Thankyou.

Worst experience, most of the amenities were not there. The bathroom was very small. You can find much better options at the same price.

1. The room is smelling very badly. 2. Even though we had changed the booked room but the other rooms are also smelling badly due to which my son's health disturbed. 3. The basic amenity of restaurant & parking is missing which they are showing in their amenity details. 4. The hospitality of the owner is very bad when we had informed him about the problems faced in his hotel. 5. The flush of the toilet jams & it will free only when we pulls it back. 6. The staff is less bother about the fill up of water tank as unless someone complaint about it. Overall we had done the early check out because of all the above problems. So it was advised to other travels not to book this hotel for their stay.

The hotel is not maintained properly even there was no lock in the bathroom cleanliness was no okay okay breakfast was also not given on time and the hospitality is worst the staff is arrogant so overall we had the worst experience for the first time in a hotel which charges too much which is not worth while giving the facility

The stay was good, the staff was good. The room was maintained. All over best stay in udaipur.

Best hotel budget in udaipur. Best staff and hotel owner, friendly and helpful staff.... Room was clean and good Bathroom also clean. Fully Rajasthani vibe in hotel. And also lake view room. No thanks

Very bad service. Rooms are very small without a cupboard and any other facilities, ac was not working properly, food is not available at the hotel, staff behaviour is not good, washrooms are pathetic

Hotel does not provide proper home service like toilet paper and bathroom-are sinking, hotel restaurant does not provide food as required.

Stay was fine however rooms were not that good washroom are compromising of ground floor, once book confirm that you get 1st floor rooms.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with lake view. Highly recommendable hotel. Location is quite far if you have vehicle then its fine we would certainly stay there again next time.
