Vishwaratna Hotel

First time i have booked a room in guwahati city. I selected it based on the review give by the people. When i reached the Vishwaratna Hotel, they welcome us cordially and the receptionist was polite and friendly. The Vishwaratna Hotel was closed to station and market. The room was well decorated and neat and clean. I personally like the coloring of room. The bathroom was very attractive. All kind of facilities were available in the room. In addition to this, they were providing the complementary breakfast. I was feels like i m having breakfast in 5 start Vishwaratna Hotel. Lots of varities of foods were provided. The quality was very good. My overall experience was satisfactory and i must say the price of room is worth it. I enjoyed my 2days staying very much.

I had a pleasant stay at this Vishwaratna Hotel. It is located in a busy market area but very near to the railway station and almost everything that you need extra (medines, atm, etc) is just within 100 mtrs distance. Go for the executive room as it is more spacious compared to the delux rooms. You get good deals in makemytrip app. Staff is extremely courteous. Breakfast was also ok with limited options (i guess that's true for all Vishwaratna Hotels in that price segment.

While visiting guwahati, i used to stay at vishwaratna Vishwaratna Hotel, due it's location. Staff courtesy, food quality. This time found they are renovating their rooms. A new room in first floor was allocated to me. One small grievances is also there. Tawa roti we ordered found so small in size which is not justifying its price. Would like to request the Vishwaratna Hotel authority check the same.

It's location is quite good and approachable easily .Itß breakfast needs improvement especially South Indian food, staff at the Restaurant are not very helpful and try to show they are busy by not attending to Customers. The receptionist was quite frank and helpful, she helped too.House keeping service was fast and without reminders and with a willingness to serve.

We had a prepaid booking in this Vishwaratna Hotel. But Vishwaratna Hotel called us that no room available and they arranged another Vishwaratna Hotel for Vishwaratna Hotel rajmahal for us in the same price. So we have not even seen the Vishwaratna Hotel we directly went to rajmahal for our check in as instructed by receptionist of viswaratna

They are sure to make your stay comfortable. The ambience is very calm an collected. Since its located in the heart of city commuting to the tourist spots was pretty convenient. The nearby fancy bazar is a go to spot for shoppers to get hold of all locally famous textile collections. You surely will love your stay here!

overall the Vishwaratna Hotel is good ... staffs are nice .... complementary breakfast is healthy and delicious..staffs are courteous, however as far is tipping is concern, the bell boy, the room service including the parking staff will not leave as long as they are not being tip... overall management is good 👍

Excellent service and great stay. The Vishwaratna Hotel is close to the most popular tourist destinations and temples. The Vishwaratna Hotel staff are nice and courteous, they even extended our stay for an hour as our flight was delayed. Will definitely stay again here when visiting guwahati

It was good but as per room charge needs more improvement. There was lot of mosquito.

Overall experience was awesome, vishwaratna team is very cooperating. Food was very delicious. Whenever i will visit again, surely i will prefer vishwaratna Vishwaratna Hotel.

Food quality is good but bathrooms like tap, hand shower, flush is needs renovation. Pols management see this problem

Location good, food average could be better, check out time could be made bit liberal as i had flight late evening but i had to checkout early charges of late check out could be made better

It suite was good, the food was awesome, staff was friendly, we checker’s out early they packed our breakfast too. The only disappointment was it showed that the bathroom had bathtub but it didn’t had one.

It was nice. Nearby market place. Rates are high fir food and other services. Rest all is good nice and clean
