The rooms, washrooms were super clean liked the range of shampoos,conditioners especially moisturizers also bed n upholstery super comfortable food served was excellent only thing I missed was electric kettle n for tea or coffee making.

My stay at this property was a terrible one. Bad staff, bad service, bad food and unprofessional and rude behaviour. If i had to rate the worst of them, i would name, the waiter Mr. Pandey. The only positive side is its new construction and the gentleman at the reception desk. I would not recommend anyone to book this property till they change the staff. Very bad experience.

It was a great stay. I had my 7 year old son along with me and they were very accommodating. The receptionist, nitin, was very helpful throughout our stay. The security is very good, the night guard is extremely vigilant. The rooms were clean, very very comfortable and everything was managed seamlessly. We ordered basic breakfast all three days and it was very hygienic and well portioned for my son. Highly recommend

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. Location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Breakfast had decent variety and quality. Overall, the property offered good value for money. A few minor areas could be improved, but nothing that affected the overall experience.

**"Worst Stay Experience Ever at Vista Residences!"** I booked Vista Residences for a business trip and was assured breakfast would be provided. However, my stay was a complete disappointment. - **No Water in the Room:** On the first morning, there was **no running water** in my bathroom. I had to shower in another room—**with only cold water**. - **Breakfast Not Ready:** I was told breakfast would be available **after 8:30 AM**, but it never materialized. - **Repeat Issues:** The next day, I faced the **same problem—no hot water**, forcing me into another freezing shower. Unacceptable for a business stay. **False promises, poor service, and zero comfort.** I would **never recommend** this place to anyone.

I stayed at the Stay Vista Residence in GK 1 during an official trip. The property appears to be quite new — everything is spotless, modern, and well-maintained. Each floor has three rooms, a shared lobby, and a kitchen, making it feel both comfortable and secure. It's centrally located, which is a big plus. The food is not only delicious but also offers a good variety, especially at breakfast. Chef Ravi deserves special mention for his excellent work. I highly recommend having both breakfast and dinner at the property — you won’t be disappointed. The staff is warm and courteous, enhancing the overall experience. One downside: there are quite a few mosquitoes. I strongly suggest that the rooms be sprayed before check-in to ensure a comfortable stay.
