Vista Resort - Centrally Heated and Air cooled

Very unhygienic room..poor service ..rooms not like shown in pictures..very horrible experience at this hotel..

very poor service from hotel Vista resort and hotel staff sides... very bad experience from hotel Vista resort.. can't provide anything like no internet, no kettle, no cleaning, no drinking water and also no talking behaviour like Customer if I order something like water or food or soap etc they provide after 1 hour.. very bad experience, please no one stay at this hotel Vista resort, staw away Poor service by hotel Vista resort management

worst experience ever, staff was rude and non cooperative and the name of hotel was different which was mentioned on MakeMyTrip. the dinner and breakfast was not available on time and the quality was also not good. It was unhygienic and not clean, didn't have handwash and soap, toothpaste.TV wasn't working so it was the worst experience l.

No kitchen available, Staff is not available in this hotel. It is near by mall road but convence not available or not provide by hotel. My over all experience is not good

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location is very good, at mall road

Property location is excellent. Manali mall road is just 5 mint walking distance from hotel. Room and bathroom wast neat and clean. Staff response was good. Soloing valley was 12 km from hotel & other view point is near by hotel to 6-7 km.

good rooms with excellent hospitality from the hotel staff. neat and clean all over with good ambiance with quality food... money worth. mall rode at a distance of 10 minutes from there. nice stay 😇💕🕊

The rooms are excellent, neat and clean staffs are good. open balcony view was good. But the amneties were not there. like the wifi and the lift was down for maintenance.

Average quality hotel to reach there route too narrow and locality was average, from my view it is not good for family stay.

Staffs are not helpful. Cook are not available at time. Delaying in service bad cleaneness and bad smell

It was a amazing experience in this resort/hotel. Well maintained and excellent facilities and services. I personally suggest everyone to visit manali and stay here.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was a man’s underwear lying in there when we checked in, was generally not clean. Food taste average. Service was good.
