Vista Suites

I had to go for admission in crust university yeshwanthpur so i decided to stay nearby. I searched for nearby Vista Suites and this place looked good. But when i reached i was not satisfied with what i saw and reality. The service was poor and the md of Vista Suites who was at reception once was very rude. As per the property rules i ordered food from out side which was permissible but when it came the md of the Vista Suites didn’t allow. When i showed him the property rules he allowed me to take the food but didn’t send any plates or cutlery in the room. I was surprised how did he became md when he himself wasn’t knowing what rules. They were not doing room cleaning and when we come back at evening we had to get it cleaned by requesting them as they had only 2 persons in housekeeping. I had ordered fresh lime soda in the evening which came after 2 hours as they were saying they had too many orders.

Had a wonderful stay there. The rooms were clean. I booked an executive room and a suite room for two days. The rooms were equipped with necessary amenities. Both of them were well maintained. Did checkin at 11pm, the service desk person was helpful.

Location fine. Rooms good. Picked our bags ourself to room and back. Service average. Did not get towels first day. Otherwise satisfactory. Thanks.
