Vistara Resort

We loved our stay at Vistara. From the welcome with flowers the mood was set. The moment you step into the foyer of the Vistara Resort you know you chose well.💫 All rooms have a direct view of the scenic lake & the plateaus!! 😍Absolute treat to the eyes & soul. There was a live musical show on Saturday evening..quite enjoyable. The singer was amazing👌the pool..was fun..has the infinity feel..sort of..sunset from the pool was cherry on the cake. Service was quite good. Very friendly and helpful lot. Requests & needs were met diligently. Now there are few things that can improve 1. Spa can be better. The look & feel was not inviting. The location shld not be near pool coz pool is noisy & you don't want noise during your spa 2. There is a bit of load shedding issue. But there is generator support. Our rooms in the begening were not getting that support but when complained it was resolved. 3. Pool can be a bit cleaner. Especially as it's a strong selling point. 4. Ala carte menu can be improved. Very limited choices for foodies like us. When you are relaxing in a scenic view like this you don't feel like venturing out for dinner but the menu made us feel like going out. Pls add more items.

Our 2 night stay at Vistara Resort was nothing short of perfect. Everything from the luxuriously spacious room, to the immaculate views of Chembra peak and grassy meadows, with a lake right outside the property - was as incredible as it could get. The staff is so accommodating and polite, with everyone taking pride in their work and paying attention to every detail imaginable. Mr. Jithin and his team took great care of us, making sure we got everything we needed and even anticipated our needs before time. The food was also great and flavorful. The serenity you'll experience at Vistara Resort is unparalleled - it's truly a little slice of paradise!

We had a 3 night stay at vistara resort. The road leading to the resort is a bit narrow but manageable. The location of the resort is excellent. The view of karapuzha reservoir and the lush green mountains from the resort, is magical. We stayed in the sky view room and the room was pretty spacious and aesthetically decorated! must say, that the food we had in the resort was delicious. Also live music in the evening on weekends, was great! highly recommend this place.

The resort stay was good though the road to the resort was very bad and driving to it particularly in night time was quite difficult as the signages was quite not good enough to show the route. Also at the last day there is an issue for hot water in room which was not rectified, so had to take bath in cold water in rainy climate. The view from resort was wonderful. Swimming pool should be maintained well(it was quite smelly)

It's just the approach to the resort which is cumbersome but once reached the property it's nothing less than a heaven. Scenic beauty, warmth of staff has taken out all the stress out of us. Live instrumental music was one more addition in the goodness. Overall a great great experience

Great experience. Amazing location. The call out is that they have an exceptional staff team who takes care of us like a family. They are available any time to service us. Good management team. One suggestion would be to add some more desserts options to their food menu.

Very happy with the Vistara Resort exp and view was amazing. Staff and food were also good. Road to Vistara Resort was slightly narrow otherwise everything was amazing

The place was simply perfect. The view, the food, and the staff. 10/10 points to all. We were a group of 13 and the resort staff ensured our satisfaction with their impeccable hospitality. Definitely choosing this place again on my next trip to wayanad!

The resort location is awesome. Royal villa rooms make you feel truly royal. Staff is cordial and helpful. Variety of food in buffet can improve.

Resort is right next to a lake, with mountains in the backdrop. Rooms are very spacious and the hospitality is top notch. Food is tasty.

We had a pleasant stay at superior lake view room . Resort is located close to Karapuzha Dam . They have a nice pool space and also food is great!!

Our stay at vistara was truly unforgettable. It may be one of the best resorts in kerala, where the birds create a beautiful symphony, and the reflections of clouds and hills paint stunning pictures on the tranquil water.

Had a good experience in Vistara resort. Staff made us incredibly welcome. Facilities were good. The ambience was very calm maybe because of lack of tourists because of non peak season.

Overall experience was ok. Views from the room are nice. Humble staffs. Food and hygiene can be improved.
