The stay was comfortable. Had taken a 2 bedroom apartment for two families. The rooms were quite clean. The service was ok ok only. There was a kitchen which was helpful for hot water and tea making. The location is good. Good space for parking also. Eateries are there at walkable distance. A calm locality. Overall a good stay.

location and amenities are good but service is not good

It's a 2bhk flat with spacious living and dining and. ac bed rooms. neat and clean. there is a care taker but he needs to be proactive. there is no drinking water kept ready or Ro purifier in the room. There is no phone to make a call. You need to explicitly ask and get things. They arranged tea upon asking which is good. Near to highway is a plus. can easily go to tiruchanur temple. all in all a good stay but dont expect great hospitality.

I found this from make my trip app. Kitchen was good, few utensils is available, Induction was there when we asked then they provided. online food available. when we checkin at that time only they inform service are available till 8 PM but after that if need something they are trying to get it if possible. Bathroom fitting was old. Water force is slow in tap, shower and jet pipe they need to improve.

No food supply, all amenities are good, except fan making sound in second bedroom. Ac is working as a fan, not as ac.

This is the third time visited vistara homes rooms are very higenic and front office team is also very nice.

Contingently located property, well maintained and good attendees. There was no dedicated parking provided had to park on the road. Wash room hygiene not upto the mark. Otherwise it is a good stay

First thing is, the service the property incharge provides. I was greeted by one mr. Mani. Such a nice and humble guy. He called me a hour before check in and enquired about our arrival and needs. Properly explained us everything and made us feel at ease. Even the helper boys were very helpful. Property location is great. It’s an apartment located close to padmavathi amma temple. The location is close to everything. Easily accessible. Only one con is parking place. As it’s an apartment you get limited parking place. You can park outside but if the bookings are full then it would be a problem. Reaching the thirumala entrance and all other places is pretty easy due to flyovers. The apartment was furnished with tv and basic amenities such as a kettle, rice cooker and induction stove. Water jug, 4 plates and glasses were available. The could provide basic cutlery but i guess they are afraid people would just take them away. We stayed in a 2bhk apartment. It had one attached and one common bathroom. Space was large and helpful. Lifts were nice. Rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean. No bad smell. So it was an overall great place. They also provided us with free wifi. Checking and checking out was so hassle free. I would surely book this place again if i want to and i will suggest it to others as well.
