VITS Kamats Resort, Silvassa

I had initially booked a two night stay at vets kamats VITS Kamats Resort, Silvassa at silvassa. The location of the VITS Kamats Resort, Silvassa on naroli road was good, the access to various tourist sites was convenient. The dampener on arrival and subsequent check in was the awful renovation noise which ruined my mood in the beginning. The reservation manager ms. Rosy machado however made it up to me with a superb upgrade of the duplex room. My children were ecstatic of course. There was ample space to move about and of course the idea of the top floor bedroom was exciting and novel. The general manager mr. Arun jaisinghania was gracious to accommodate us and provided exceptional service and hospitality. My daughter's birthday on sun-day 12th may was celebrated with great pomp as the birthday cake was complimentary as well as the room decorated for the occasion. It was a most memorable stay due to the general manager's discretion and judgement. The duplex room didn't have any flaws. It was amply spacious and clean. There was hot water and the bathroom was clean. The VITS Kamats Resort, Silvassa boasts of four restaurants in one complex and provides sufficient variety with its diverse fare. The food was sumptuous and plentiful. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and mouth watering. A refreshing dip in the pool was invigorating. The pool was well maintained with daily cleaning. Pool rules were well executed by the pool attendant. The adjacent lawn was a delight with the grass cut and spruced. Once the renovation work is completed, the VITS Kamats Resort, Silvassa will definitely dazzle some more. It was my first time stay in the vets kamats chain and i hope to imbibe more of its hospitality and ambience at different locations. Overall a good stay which could've been better if attention was given to detailed customer satisfaction.

it was a solo business workation trip for me.kamat was a good stay.the environment is nice.pool was clean.but there are some points they should improve.1.provide good stay to drivers.atleast fan and a mattress.being business travelers,i found that there are many good VITS Kamats Resort, Silvassas who provide standard dormitory in hygienic place for drivers. 2.i notices big cockroachs loby area. 3.ac remote of my room was not working.VITS Kamats Resort, Silvassa should check all these minor but important things before providing room to guests.

I'm a family traveller. Super deluxe rooms at vets kamat resort are great. We had a pleasant stay. Had fun with family in swimming pool. Lakeside restaurant is exotic. There is a dhaba restaurant too with live music and dance floor. Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay. Special thanks to mr mahendra la-khan- manager for his hospitality and taking good care of us and ensuring our stay is pleasant and we have good memories. Also, thanks to mr. Shailendra chandok -dy gm. Recommended to go for super deluxe room.

Overall good stay. Few improvements which are required are as under - 1. Rooms can have some better quality white wash. It seems they were last whitewashed decades ago and that too in a very shabby way. 2. Between lunch and dinner restaurant should have more food options- south indian, stuffed pratha etc. As of now they have only sandwiches, fries etc in-between. 3. Frequent power cuts is an irritant.

Food quality is extremely good … breakfast quality is one of the best u can get . Location is good .. u can get river facing rooms ..Pool size is good and clean water as well.. only one thing that let me down was the room walls .. not presentable at all.. please paint them .. Except for the room walls, every penny spent is worth it

Food is delicious. Nice ambience with green lawn and daman ganga view. Room interiors were old. Doors were almost on the verge of breaking. All furniture and bathrooms fittings seemed old. Problem of hot water. Staff is little late in serving on weekends but does come and resolves the issue. Try going on weekdays for best service.

This stay was indeed excellent! the staff were very kind and helpful from the very start, the rooms are very spacious and the view to the river outside was memorable. The property is huge, good for walking and enjoying the ambiance. The balcony had a direct view to the river which was just perfect! overall, 5/5, worth staying!

Overall property is really good and well maintained. Rooms were very clean and ambient. Food was also good. Staff is also cooperative. just in 1 or 2 times i ordered something in my room and it dint came as if they forgot my order. I think staff was not adequate. over all experience was really good and we enjoyed alot.

Hotel-bis located at river side and room service is excellent. Best VITS Kamats Resort, Silvassa and resort to stay in silvassa.

Awesome experience in a resort, the food was also good, but the electricity issue was not resolved.

The place is awesome for a family vacation. It has good rooms with a big lawn, swimming pool and children's play area.

Swimming pool and room very clean. DJ in afternoon very noisy. Wasn't needed. Food options can be increased

The location is perfect. Good staff. For services, no complaints. Food quality is good. Family stay is perfect here. Clean swimming pool. Proper parking.

It was nice stay in kamat resort, just one think i would like to inform that they have to provide door mat at wash room area so that entire room keep clean.

This is a combination of 2 block, one is old and another is new. All deluxe rooms are in old block which doesn't have lift. Room rate is high and food rate is also high. Staffs are good. Hotel is located on bank of river, you can feel piece here.

Property location is very good, river facing. You feel calm and fresh. Food is good but felt little expensive, as per the quality. Amenities - pool was nice, along with carrom, tt and kids play area. Room service is slow and needs follow up but the staff is nice.

Food and breakfast is very good location is good and river side best part is swimming pool which is beside rooms. If available go for pool side room, kids enjoy it and you can watch it from room also. Staff ware co operative.
