VITS Lonavala

Food was very average, grilled sandwich was with very little filling of veggies and not made in a griller but probably on the tawa. Fresh lime was without even sugar and we had to call for it. Location - good, close to the expressway as well as toll naka to go to the dhabas for a good meal. Property - great property and clean, plenty of parking space. Jacuzzi was dirty and the water smell was awful. Amenities - room was not cleaned at all for 2 nights that we were there, we asked for water replenishment and it was not sent. We had to ask for tea/coffee sachets and on the last morning we didn't even bother asking. There was repair work going on simultaneously and a bus full of people also arrived and took over the whole VITS Lonavala, it was then noisy till we left, doors slamming, children screaming early in the morning, just now stop noise. Summary - great property, clean property, clean rooms, value for money, but finer points need to be attended to. Wifi didn't work and reception just said "wifi is down" ? tv - subscription was over ! having to ask for water, tea/coffee pouch ! these are the finer points that matter. Summary. Property was great food - average grilled sandwich was not grilled, limbu pani was sent sugarless though ordered with sugar, asked for replacement, received sugar syrup like water. Water bottles in the room were not replenished even after requesting, same for tea/coffee pouch. Jacuzzi was smelly and seemed dirty.

Location - Very convenient as it's close to Expressway, property is not past toll naka so no need to keep paying toll in and out. Property is very clean, well maintained and rooms were spacious and clean, 24 hours hot water, swimming pool.was.clean too. Staff were very friendly Amenities & Services - There's tea/coffee provision and 2 bottles of water plus a mini fridge in the room. Negatives - Replenishment of water and tea/coffee was not done. Jacuzzi water was smelly and dirty. Food - Ordered a grilled sandwich and a fresh lime juice, sandwich was definitely not grilled, and had minimal filling, lime water had no sweetness at all and complained, instead of changing it they sent sugar water, not syrup! Lastly, no welcome drink was served, we had to request twice just to help us get our bags which was finally dropped off at the lobby for us to take to the room, and no upgrades were offered at all though it's advertised "free breakfast upgrade" "free room upgrade" etc. Having a Jacuzzi is great but it was dirty and water was smelly, such a shame because the weather was very cold, 18°C and we would have loved to use the Jacuzzi.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Couple of misses from housekeeping as shower gel and handwash was empty but was promptly refilled when asked to do so. Next, excellent location and is just next to the excellent Ruchi Tarang restaurant Had a very nice stay when taken the cost into account. Staff was very accommodating when communicated any requests

We had been looking for a quick small break at lonavala and found vits. They provide nice and comfortable stay. Location is just beside the highway, so you can hear the highway traffic all the time. Good hospitality and delicious breakfast

My property is amazing with good set of staff, extremely helpful and sweet namely devashish and smruti. They assisted us with an early check in and upgrade very seamlessly without any hassle. Would love to visit again

Excellent neat and clean property and rooms with courteous staff. Easily accessible with good parking space. Strongly recommended for family travellers. The city centre is not very far.

Staffs are really polite and helpful. Stay is good but can improve. Food is not upto the mark also they won’t serve all the items in the menu.
