Horrible rooms and the worst staff. I request mm to remove this hotel from the list. Waste of money.

After showing the id card as mentioned in rule book they didn't allowed us to stay. Used bad comments in-front of me. They asked to submit marriage certificate even after showing id card issued by indian government. It was so humiliating there

Rooms are not cleaned. Washroom is horrible. All taps are rusted. There is no jet to comode. Worst ever stay. Please duelist from your website. It affects mmt credibility

"my stay at vital inn, was an absolute disaster. The hotel is severely neglected, with filthy, foul-smelling rooms, torn and unhygienic linens, a non-functional tv, and a bathroom that was nothing short of disgusting. The overall condition was appalling, making the experience unbearable. This hotel is far below any acceptable standard, and i strongly advise travelers to avoid it to spare themselves from a dreadful experience"

Average location was near to temple washroom was not clean and washbasin and western toilet was not up to the mark

Worst ever experience! room was very dirty. Washroom was not clean. And the worst part is there was mouse in the room which i saw in the night at 3 o clock. I booked ac room and they haven't even provided ac remote. The receptionist was a pathetic person who did not even bothered about the issues we face during our stay.

Price wise rooms are okay, not clean and getting some smell. Photos are not matching. Overall service is not good. I struggled for car parking.

One of the worst experience i ever had in make my trip. We reached hotel at around 12 in the night and there was no one once we spoke to make my trip customer care then they came to open the gate. The guy in reception was full drunk after check in once you enter to room it is like full of dirty smell and mosquitos were ruling the room. Best thing is bathroom oh my god there was western commode but no jet gun so please make my trip hire one guy to visit your hotels every 6 months to get updates. Thank you

1. No one was there to attend at reception counter, whenever you go 2. Drinking water was also not provided 3. Toilet flush was not working 4. Breakfast was not available, no one was there to attend / response at canteen 5. No one was there, even at check out time to handover key. In sort, no service.

Rooms cleanliness to be improved, bathroom cleanliness to be improved. Stay is so so. The hotel is at a prime location, very nearby to vitthal mandir and railway station.

Not deserved for any star, room, bath room are not clean staff response is not good. Near to market place.

I cancel-led my stay, din’t stay at vithal inn awaiting my cancellation money for 20th july pl process it at the earliest

I booked for family stay for 4 members plus one child of 4 years they have given two separate room which is not at all clean. Staff themselves saying that room n toilet is not cleaned and adjust. Worst rooms and they don't have basic to operate the hotel business.

Staff behaviour is not good. Room is unclean. Dirty smells in the rooms and staff is not cooperative

Pros: 1. The place is not far from the bus stand, mandir cons: 1. The twin bed assured during booking & shown room image but not provided while stay 2. The ceiling fan was cracking for whole night disturbing sleep. 3. The main door was not locking properly 4. No lift 5. The basic needs like towel, toothpaste not available

Not clean. Rest room is poor. No service. No reception/attending person. Overall not good for family stay. No breakfast, as promised. It is mentioned in the voucher.

We had booked 2 ac rooms. Not at all worth it. Dirty bathrooms, no lock, flush was not working. Beds, bedsheets and pillows were in very bad state, not sure in which era they were washed. Rude and non helpful staffs. Even charged for water bottles. Request you to not plan with kids and elders. Only pro is location. Don’t waste your money.

Rooms are very in hygienic dirty also blanket and bed not clean toilet also dirty. Hotel staff is saying special request is not available because you made hotel booking on third party application and demand more money for early check in.

There is no cleanliness in this hotel, there are also charges of the water bottle, no complimentary water, the worst hotel i ever seen. And the hotel outside interior is so rubbish and terrible it doesn't match with the photos they had put on. Overall a very bad experience according to the price if you visit pandharpur then go for bhakti niwas of gajanan maharaj mandir instead of hotel. They charge very less and it's near the vitthal mandir.
