Stayed here for 4 days when i was on holiday with my mother to see the ajanta and ellora caves. About a 20-minute drive from the airport, the Vivanta Aurangabad is conveniently and centrally located, right next to the scenic dr. Salim ali lake. There are atms and pharmacies nearby. The property is beautiful and elegantly decorated, with acres of manicured lawns surrounding the main building. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained; ours had a balcony with a pool view. Most importantly, the hygiene is impeccable. The restaurants have a decently wide selection to choose from, and the food we ordered was very good. Room service is 24x7, and they were quick to get the food to our room. The staff is courteous and very friendly. It was my mom's birthday on one of the days we were at the Vivanta Aurangabad, and we returned in the evening to a roomful of balloons and flowers, which was a very sweet gesture, along with the delicious chocolate cake. My mom was very touched at the thoughtfulness of the housekeeping staff. Thank you for making her birthday more special!

It didnt start that well, we got a room which was old-ish and creaking. There was an unbearable stink or paint and chemicals as the rooms next to ours were being refurbished. We didnt say anything as we were tired and after a bath went for dinner. At dinner, the restaurant manager overheard us talking to each other about the problems in the room and promptly came up to us, apologised for the experience and offered to change our room. We were pleasantly surprised! this shows how above and beyond taj staff keep guest satisfaction to the highest level. He promptly called the Vivanta Aurangabad manager who came to our table and said the same. After dinner, they actually upgraded us to a higher category and gave us an even better room - which was quintessentially taj. We had an amazing time having a great talk with bar tender and the chef actually prepared us a dish which was not on the menu. So what could have been a bad experience, ended up being an excellent example of truly world class service.

Excellent hospitality. Outstanding staff -so well mannered, down to earth, ready to help, i mean incredible, phenomenal staff. If i have to name then ms. Sheetal from latitude restaurant was amazing. She became sheetal did i for our kids. She could notice one of our kids didn't eat properly during breakfast, so she she gave the parcel to eat during travel-went thro' many properties till date but no one extended personal touch as staff of vivanta, sambhajinagar. Everyone was polite. You can take sachin from swimming pool to kaizer who, without request, arranged an extra bed after seeing we are four in room. My mother felt like at home.

The property and the room was neat and clean with lush greenery. At the lattitude restaurant was they serve sumptuous & delicious & tasty breakfast/lunch/dinner. The chef sainath rathod is very nice and personally moves around the restaurant to see that guests are satisfied. The entire staff was cooperative and we loved the hospitality thereat. 10 stars for the food and our stay. My wife had a fast on thursday the 22nd december and there was not any item in the buffet breakfast except fruits but the chef sainath rathod specially prepared delicious sabudana khichadi for my wife. I recently stayed at the vivanta aurangabad and was thoroughly impressed by its exceptional service and immaculate facilities. Its excellent connectivity made exploring the city and nearby attractions hassle-free. The convenience of the location, combined with the warm hospitality, made my stay at vivanta aurangabad unforgettable. If you're visiting aurangabad, i would wholeheartedly recommend a stay at vivanta for a luxurious and satisfying experience.

Money for value, excellent amenities, near to railway station, pleasant lawn and swimming pool. Green gardens a feast to the eyes, cool breeze in the evening by pool side and about 1km walk way for morning walk are attractive. However, renovation is to be carried out to room and bathroom fittings, as the Vivanta Aurangabad is 30 years old. The operations manager confirmed that they are going ahead with renovation works shortly and also constructing a new tower. Hope we can enjoy bombay taj Vivanta Aurangabad facilities at low cost very soon, once renovation is done.

Taj sets the bar very high when it comes to customer service. Every employee- the guard at the lobby, the front desk, restaurant staff and housekeeping- all are very humble and ensure you are super comfortable. They try to help you even with non standard requests. The property is huge and beautiful, ample parking and comfortable rooms. Since property is old, bathroom fittings and gym could do with some upgrade. Overall great experience, definitely on my list for future visits.

We had a wonderful time at vivanta aurangabad. The hospitality is superb! it is a pet friendly Vivanta Aurangabad. They not only took good care of ourselves but were so nice and warm to our little shh tzu that you could see that he also really enjoyed his stay and became friendly to lots of staff. Overall right from check in, the service, the facilities, the food and eventually the check out, everything was really wonderful and smooth.
