Vivanta Bengaluru, Residency Road

It was my first time in bangalore, we came to find a pg for my daughter, and we opted to stay at vivanta, the Vivanta Bengaluru, Residency Road being right next to her college. That was the best decision we made. The trip was quite a tiresome and emotional one, but everything about the Vivanta Bengaluru, Residency Road and all the staff were really hospitable and helpful even on the smallest matters. Their exquisite buffet breakfast and dinner was an awesome start to busy day, and a super fulfilling meal at the end of the day. Even there, the staff was ready to serve get us anything we wanted, to our taste. The main guy there, i remember his name to be sandeep, was always enquiring to our needs and getting everything done smoothly. We were so happy to be met at the reception by a keralite, kenith, we malayalis are always happy to meet another in a new place. He even saw how my daughter wasn't walking correctly, as she had leg pain from all the walking in search of a pg. He enquired and immediately had medicine and volini sent to our room. That was really touching as we didn't even ask for help, but he did it anyway. I went to get a vishram body massage to just relax after all the searching and walking. The spa is simply excellent. The masseuse there, dini, her hands were magic. She was so careful and her hands were so soothing. Their aroma oils and the magic in dini's hands really need mention. Finally, on the last day, we were running really late. They extended the check out time from 12 pm to 2pm, still we were late getting back, due to heavy traffic, and reached much later. But they didn't make any issues, and didn't charge extra, as is their routine. They were more than happy to add the discount coupon that we got. No drama, no ifs and maybes. Everything was taken care of happily by the duty manager, chandrasekhar govinda. Everything was simply exemplary. The rooms were comfy and cozy. The cleaning staff did an excellent job, keeping things in place when we had to run off hurriedly for appointments. And not a thing missing. I would recommend vivanta to anyone for a comfortable, no headache stay, at the heart of the city of bangalore. And will most certainly be going there again, next time i visit. Which will be soon. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Vivanta Bengaluru, Residency Road, and i must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, the staff greeted me with warm hospitality and made me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the amenities i needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The Vivanta Bengaluru, Residency Road's location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. The dining options were diverse and the food was delicious. Overall, my stay was a delightful experience, thanks to the attentive service, impeccable accommodations, and overall ambiance. We checked in to the Vivanta Bengaluru, Residency Road at around 5. 30 pm due to traffic from airport. We had booked the twin bed room which includes breakfast and lunch/dinner. But the Vivanta Bengaluru, Residency Road staff told us that the room was occupied and that they have upgraded our booking to a suite room at 4th floor. The suite room looked new. It was very compact with a separate seating area. The queen bed was a bit soft and sleep experience was ok. The bath area was very clean with a rain shower and hand shower. The room had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The dining experience at mynt restaurant was also nice. The vegetarian options both south indian and north indian were good. We were allowed to check out at 1. 45 pm the next day with no extra charges.

The stay was lovely. The rooms are how we v small and the look of the Vivanta Bengaluru, Residency Road is v business like. The lobby is small too. The room we got - first floor was newly renovated. Again to emphasis e it’s v business like and rooms are v small. The plus is the location. V central. Service of the Vivanta Bengaluru, Residency Road too. One thing that didn’t go down too well - we had a meal included and since o had a meeting, i requested them to give one or two things packed instead of me availing the buffet. They did not relent. Other than that, service was good.

We checked in on 11-08-2024 and were there till 12-08-2024. Our check was great as we were assisted at the reception by kenith. He was extremely helpful till our check out on 12-08-2024. The rooms were excellent and maintained beautifully. The in dinning and breakfast were simply marvelous. The chefs were repeatedly asking if they could prepare anything for us that was not on the buffet table. The location of the Vivanta Bengaluru, Residency Road is excellent. Adjacent to m. G, road, brigade road and church street overall a great experience that we would surely like to repeat.

Good Vivanta Bengaluru, Residency Road we enjoyed our stay very tasty food and all prime location and very good for shopping and seeing moving in pvr in. All staffs are very good and showing hospitality. Kiss in the hall received us with smiles and provide all brigade road. Enjoyed our stay and all staffs are good. Nisha i’m the dinning are received us in smiles and provide all items during our break fast time. Bar atmosphere is very good and calm en d all in every day. We too enjoyed in spa. Right from the front desk to housekeeping, the people at this Vivanta Bengaluru, Residency Road are efficient and considerate. We had a wonderful time chatting with dindi from the spa section. Location is central at a walking distance from brigade road & m g road and about 2 km from other shopping paradise of commercial street. Two of the best pubs are next door. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is great. Tarriff is more reasonable than fancier Vivanta Bengaluru, Residency Roads in the city. I recommend this Vivanta Bengaluru, Residency Road for visitors to this great city.

A taj experience. The early check-in was made seamlessly feasible on due payment by mr. Bishal. The breakfast and dinner buffets were sumptuous and very personalised by mr. Anand in particular. A wholesome pleasant stay.

Best location for a Vivanta Bengaluru, Residency Road. Centrally located at walking distance to brigade and mg road. Lots of restaurants and pubs near by. Awesome staff, friendly and forever willing to help. Great breakfast spread. They even have a pick up and drop off to the airport with nice cars at reasonable rates.
