While the executive room we occupied offered slightly more space compared to the superior room that we had stayed in previously, there were no significant changes in amenities. Calls to the reception often went unanswered for extended periods, and certain staff members were unresponsive to requests, necessitating repeated follow-ups. These service issues point to a need for enhanced staff training and oversight. Despite these challenges, vivanta, coimbatore remains a promising destination for guests seeking comfort and quality. By addressing training gaps and ensuring consistent service standards, the Vivanta Coimbatore can reinforce its reputation as a premier hospitality establishment.

On the second day of our stay at vivanta, we encountered exceptional service that truly made a difference. Having already checked into our room, my sibling and their family were running late for their check-in. The front desk executive, toli, went above and beyond to facilitate their check-in process by scanning their ids using the Vivanta Coimbatore's app. This process helped saved us valuable time. Additionally, when we fell ill due to the sudden change in weather, we arranged for medicines which tuli promptly assisted in delivering directly to our room. Furthermore, ashley martin from the reception provided exemplary assistance during the checkout process. It is individuals like tuli and ashley who exemplify the high standards of service at vivanta, coimbatore. Their dedication and professionalism greatly contributed to our positive experience at the Vivanta Coimbatore.

Room: spacious, neat, and well-organized. Complimentary fruit platter, though minuscule, was a sweet addition. Bathroom was compact but perfect without a bathtub. Beautiful city view and a lovely sight of the "cosmos" garden area downstairs. Pool: large and well-designed. Shaded from extreme sunlight until 8:45 am. Restaurants: smoke on water: limited menu, but the location is pretty and breezy, perfect for romantic or cozy family dinners. Latitude: buffet restaurant with a wide variety of dishes. Tease: dj carol set the right ambiance, though more food options than just fried stuff would be appreciated. Location: perfectly situated on the posh race course road. Close to many popular hotspots. I knew from experience taj wouldn’t disappoint me. Glad i chose vivanta over two other places. Enjoyed my solo staycation.

Location: convenient food: breakfast spread was good. South indian items were excellent. North indian or continental was average. Restaurant gets crowded early as they have walk-ins also. Service was good amenities: pool and gym looked good. Walking can be done on the track (race course) outside the apartment. Service: the reception staff were quite slow. The key card did not work thrice and i got stuck in floor 2. I took the stairs up. When i called the Vivanta Coimbatore the same morning, they said i did not have a booking. I had made full payment while booking (10 days before. After a lot of calls and follow ups, the booking was confirmed.

I stayed 3 & 4 th august at Vivanta Coimbatore taj vivanta coimbatore. The service was impeccable, with the staff consistently going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and maintained with great attention to detail. The Vivanta Coimbatore's amenities, including the dining options and fitness center, were top-notch. Overall experience is good , staffs are friendly , few points need to take care of by management…after 12 Am reception and arriving area staffs are very low , one person arriving area and loby only one person, that’s number need to be increase . We not get smoking room even we booked smoking room. they said previously they keep smoking room in 4 th floor , but now entire property no smoking room 😔, Mini BAR in the room only name using BAR , not even a single beer , please keep BEER in mini bar we must respect using the name BAR 😛…. It’s Good Hotel but still small space for improvement.

Just stayed for one night it’s just good. Good staff and service break is as good as any of such Vivanta Coimbatores.

It was a plea-sent stay. Service was good. Hygein was maintained. Breakfast had many options. Swimming pool was well maintained.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Property is centrally located in a prime area. Food is excellent. Hospitality as per the taj standards. Overall an excellent experience.

Property is located close to race course roads, rooms are neat and clean. Staff is also very friendly and cooperative.

Food is excellent, location is very much reachable. Service is also food. Regarding food for vegetarian choice less. If possible provide more choice in food in vegetarian side.
