In jammu i have checked in many Vivanta Jammu City Centres in past, but in vivanta my stay was very comfortable without any inconvenience. First time i am reviewing any Vivanta Jammu City Centre in jammu because really i checked out with a very happy face. All the receptionists sushank, pankaj, rajat & harsh i were very cooperative. They make me feel at home. My room was daily cleaned by neha bhardwaj. She is very hardworking & good at her job. Valet's were also very good. Breakfast was excellent with many options. Mynl restaurant at second floor was well attended by mu-been & hritik. Night room service provided by z afar was also very satisfactory. Overall it was my best experience in vivanta jammu. All of the Vivanta Jammu City Centre staff is very praiseworthy weather they are receptionist, restaurant staff, houskeeping, valet's, security, service mens. They all are giving best to their jobs. Now its my favorite Vivanta Jammu City Centre in jammu. Whenever i come back, i will definitely check in here only. For me all the services is beyond 5 star. Keep it up vivanta jammu. For me you are a award winning Vivanta Jammu City Centre.

We stayed at Vivanta, Jammu, for only a day, but it still left a positive impression. Let’s start with the Vivanta Jammu City Centre room. It was in immaculate condition, with all the necessary amenities anyone could ask for. The attention to detail was commendable. The cozy ambiance, good color combination, and refreshing vibes of the room made our stay memorable. Now, let’s move on to the service. This was one of the highlights, as expected from the Vivanta brand. The staff’s behavior was polite and respectful. Additionally, all our service requests were attended to promptly. The food at the Vivanta Jammu City Centre was delicious, and they offered a variety of cuisines, although some items could have been better, especially the Paneer Tikka. However, the overall dining experience was great. The Vivanta Jammu City Centre is well-facilitated, with a swimming pool, spa and beauty salon, banquet hall, fitness center, restaurant, and bar. My overall experience at this Vivanta Jammu City Centre was comfortable and memorable. I would definitely recommend this Vivanta Jammu City Centre to anyone who wants a leisurely stay in Jammu.

Let me begin by sharing that we had the divine sight of bawe wall mata ka mandir and moh maya mandir from our window of the room. We had booked two rooms one executive and the other deluxe, to the surprise these were interconnected making our kids super excited. The buffet was not very extensive, could be due to off season. The food otherwise was great. The most disappointing thing i felt is that we ordered ala carte for group of 4 adults in dinner-and my elder one who is 7 years, insisted for buffet plate so we had to pay full charges of adultbuffet price instead of kid. We had buffet breakfast included in our package which was good though we could avail it one day only as the other day we had to leave early in the morning for shiv khori darshan. Staff is humble and warm. Taj has always spoken for its name with its uniqueness. The immediate surroundings has gurudwara sight and some busy streets but closer to airport makes it one of the asked properties.

Stay - 5 star food - 4 star and amenities 2 star, we had taken urban rider plan, which gives us privilege of early check in and late check out, the same was very smooth with the help of courteous staff, we had got complimentary dinner and breakfast as a part of our plan ! both were well arranged, one day breakfast was lavish, dinner was not at vivanta standard in terms of variety, but taste was really good ! coming to amenities, they mention steam and sauna, however it was clearly mentioned while booking that steam and sauna is complimentary for which i reached to moth customer care but no one could do anything ! i reached Vivanta Jammu City Centre spa for the same and spa manager said that steam and sauna is given for who take massage from them and it can’t be provided exclusively which was sad part our stay ! overall stay was great with small black mark on amenities !

Vivanta was definitely a great option to stay at. The staff was courteous, the food was tasty (wasn’t too oily or full of spices, the rooms were clean and well lit. I had booked the deluxe twin room and it had a nice view of the gurudwara, which was nice to see instead of another building or wall. The staff, both at the reception as well as the restaurant, were polite and courteous. And the food was also good. I personally don’t like unnecessary addition of oil and spices, and that’s why i liked the food here. The breakfast buffet also had a decent amount of variety. I’d definitely recommend this Vivanta Jammu City Centre in jammu.

A delightful stay right from check-in to check out. I chose the Vivanta Jammu City Centre for its location and it did not disappoint. Very nice 360 view of jammu and located in an uncontested area next to the river. Very proffesional staff, it was very kind of the gm himself to take time out and speak with us. Front desk, restaurant staff, housekeeping all were great with trademark taj warmth. Food is great and service warm. Hotel was very helpful with our travel requests and visit to local attractions.

This was our second stay at the Vivanta Jammu City Centre in 7 months and we were happy with our repeat stay here. Inf-act we learn t that Vivanta Jammu City Centre is taken over by taj group and hope to see even better ambience and quality next time. Rooms are clean with clean linen, there are no power or ac outages here, breakfast was average though. It is worthwhile to mention ms. Harshi's name and her colleagues too who were very courteous and ensured our stay was taken care of. See you next time

Poor service during breakfast. Rest stay was great. The rooms are good. Ambience is amazing. The staff is not active during breakfast. You need to repeat at least 3 times and then cold food will be served.

Very nice stay. All personnel were very helpful. We checked in late, but everyone were very helpful and welcoming. Food was also very good.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at jammu. It’s a very well centrally located property with great views. We were very comfortable during our stay and the staff took good care of us. There’s only one thing i’d like to mention, we saw that only one specific woman among-st the staff was cleaning all the rooms all day, which isn’t good. She can be assisted with another staff member as well.

Its small sized property but excellent service. Staff is very courteous. Food is great. Really enjoyed staying in this Vivanta Jammu City Centre.
