Vivanta Jamshedpur , Golmuri

Stayed at bizton for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious, clean and user friendly. Just fyi, the rooms do not have fans (ac cools well) and the ac air doesn't enter the washroom so it's very warm in the washroom. The room has complimentary snacks. Housekeeping and room service are efficient and pleasant. The food is very good. The breakfast spread at 360 is good, tastes nice as well. The dosa particularly is very nice. Nikita at 360 is very warm and helpful. She's always smiling and that's wonderful to see every morning. The in-room dining was very tasty as well. We tried chinese, indian, and soups - everything was very good. Sumit was very helpful with placing orders and ajay with the room delivery. Everyone at the reception was also very prompt and helpful. Overall, it was very pleasant and we had a great time. Only one drawback was construction work on our 2nd day, happening right above us. It was noisy and annoying but a few conversations with the reception helped stop the noise. It's located close to sakchi and transport is easy to find. Just away from the maddening traffic ensures a more peaceful stay. Given how close most distances are in jamshedpur, honestly location should not be a concern.

Easily the best Vivanta Jamshedpur , Golmuri in jamshedpur. Food was excellent. We took 2 rooms as a family and were glad to find out that both rooms were interconnected. Staffs were very polite and courteous. Service and hospitality was great. Safety standards were superb. This Vivanta Jamshedpur , Golmuri has become our automatic choice of stay whenever we visit jamshedpur in future.
We felt safe with regards to the pandemic. Staff hygiene was excellent. All of them were wearing masks. Room and lobby were properly sanitized. The only thing that can be added is temperature checks on arrival.

Being born and raised in jsr, not so fortunate as family moved abroad. Jsr is a joy to visit but there was always a struggle to find a good, comfortable stay. This was the first time, i could stay at biz-ton and they had it all covered. Excellent rooms, well behaved staffs, prompt room service and delicious food. I could not ask more. This was so far the best stay and biz-ton made that possible. Thank you.

the stay was wonderfully comfortable. all the staff are very courteous & helpful. food is very good. the swimming pool is very well maintained & the poolside evening ambience is awesome. tariffs are quite reasonable as compared to the decor & facilities. kudos to all the executives, staff & the management. wonderful experience. i am hooked to staying at bizton whenever i will be in jamshedpur in future.👍

Property Located in the city and not far from main town, Food is OK however staff is really very good and courteous to make all possible effort for your comfortable stay. The property is going to Change from local brand to Taj Vivanta very soon so till then you need to adjust with old décor, interior and issues of old property....once taken over by Taj it may be the best property in Jamshedpur

Vivanta, jamshedpur Vivanta Jamshedpur , Golmuri was very awesome. The rooms were very neat tidy and spacious and well equipped. Staff was very helpful respectful and skillfull. Food breakfast and dinner buffet was very good, tasty and wide variety of options was there. My birthday was during the stay and i really enjoyed my birthday with best foods and in a cozy room

Easily the best Vivanta Jamshedpur , Golmuri in this city. Newly opened so everything is in perfect condition. Food was superb, staffs were very polite and service was excellent. Ww visited as family and two premium king rooms which were interconnected to our delight

I stayed there for a day but enjoyed their hospitality. The rooms were spacious and well connected as it’s located on the main road of golmuri. The food is very affordable and good quality hence i will recommend you to get food there. Room service also includes alcohol. Looks like i will come back and stay in this property again

Property is well located centrally in golmuri. Location suits for covering the whole city, food quality is good, the price of buffet is on higher side, nice small swimming pool. Bath tub facility is in selected rooms.

Stay was comfortable and all needs were properly taken care of and queries were attended on time. Response was also good to querries.

Breakfast was so so and food was not hot and up to the Vivanta Jamshedpur , Golmuri standards.

The service of this Hotel was quite remarkable. Hope they continue this level of service in future too. If they do then there is no doubt it'll be The best Hotel in this region. Super stay!

It was a nice and comfortable stay but the thing which they can improve is the domestic water used for shower as it is summer month there in jamshedpur and the water supplied for bathing was always hot so probably they shud use a concrete tank to store water to supply beforehand before pumping that to rooms
