It is located at the bypass road, and very much accessible to all amenities and cabs. The property looks good and the quality of service is good. The rooms i got seems small, clean and hygienic on the 5th floor, but i am sure there are bigger rooms. Room supplies seem like a 3 star Vivanta Kolkata, EM Bypass. No cookies or munches packets. The breakfast is quite wholesome, but the options for the room dining is so limited. I wish they make it longer and tastier with more options for people who wish to have a quiet meal in their rooms. Otherwise overall it was a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near science city. Hotel staff are really good & gentle, foods are little costly, rooms are cleaned enough, room service is also good, but i was asked for a smoking room, they're provide me a non smoking room, however it was not a big issue for me.
